225cc HP overs

Hi girls, I’ve been offered 225cc HP overs, I’m 5’4, 61kg and starting off at a very small 32 A – I have a very small frame and my Surgeon doesn’t want to go any bigger as he’ thinks they would look stuck on.. Would love to see some before and after pictures as scared 225 is far to small for what I’m after (a full C). X

That size seems a bit small, did he let you try the sizers for bigger implants and how do you feel the 225cc sizer looked? Because if you are starting out as a 32A you might need more, however if you have some breast tissue and he said you are ok for overs, then that size might be ok. I have different stats (5’7″, 54kg), started of with nothing (32AA), have a skinny/narrow chest and got 375cc ultra high unders, 3 weeks po and I think I will be a full C or small D at most.
I would suggest maybe asking him about the possibility of a bigger implant and at least try the bigger sizers to get an idea of how they would look. Also ask him what the biggest you can go is for your frame to get a full C but avoid D cup territory if you really want to avoid being D. If after that he still insists on an implant you feel might be too small, it’s probably better to get a second opinion from a different surgeon just to get a better perspective on your options before going under the knife

Hmm I think you’re right! I’m going to book in with him again and ask to try the sizers on as I didn’t try any on last time and he didn’t even mention it… he’s very into his natural look however I do think I could go a little bit bigger but we shall see! He said I could have overs – which I was very surprised about as he didn’t want to go under the muscle as my boobs are already naturally far apart

I have 225 and 250 hp overs, mine went from around a 34aa to a 34c. But haven’t been officially measured yet. Don’t under estimate a small implant.

If it helps I was a 32AA before and was offered 225cc and 250cc HP under the muscle implants by dr lutz , on the day she said she would go with whatever would fit (she fit 250cc but she did partial not under the muscle completely) I’ve attached a photo I’m only 3 weeks post op so they should drop and fluff , I got a fitting the other day she said I’m a 32C but should drop and fluff to a D of DD 🙂

Also forgot to add I’m very very petite size 6 , 5’3

Hi, I would be interested as well as I just had 220cc unders, am 1.5 weeks post op but I feel like they are too small! I wanted natural but now I feel like people don’t even notice a difference.

It depends your stats ladies. Every woman has a different frame. I’m 5ft tall and petite on the top half of my body. I’m starting as 32AA padded.. I’m going for 285cc mod+ profile and I still think they will be decent, not small and not huge, just right.. but let’s see in 2 weeks 🙂

i’ve just chosen 225cc HP unders, op isn’t till may but i think since i have a small frame they’ll be perfect!
