Really scared dont know what to expect any advice tips.
Can you give us some more help, what you want, what you would like to achieve, etc… Xx
Im.34b cup. Wanting dd cup i dont want the hole fake look its not for me as only 5.6 and size 8.
It’s best going to see a surgeon, have you booked a consultation anywhere yet.
The average sizes to achieve a dd from a/b is between 345-525, so a wide range, every girl achieves a size using different implants because we are all made differently, even if we start the same size.
Are you wanting to look or measure a dd too, because implants have a wider base (even extra high profile) then natural boobs, so although I measured a 28g/30ff I only looked a large c, which suited my 4-6 frame (now 6-8 with boobs)
Implants either get placed above the muscle, called overs, and under the first of three layers of muscle, called unders (full unders are used for reconstructive or gender surgery), they can also be called partials, sub-muscular, or dual plane. Your surgeon decides which placement is suited for you, based on your skin elasticity, natural breast tissue, muscle and none structure.
Implants also come in different projections,
Extra high, this project the most but have a narrow base, it doesn’t mean they look fake, as it’s sometimes the most natural look for some girl.
High, again they project more and narrower base. These are the most CUi implants offer in terms of projection
Medium/moderate, less projection, more base, generally giving a better cleavage (not always) and usually suited to woman not wanting upper pole fullness
Low, these have the widest base, and lowest projection, and can give the most natural look, but if your tiny, these won’t work as you end up with boobs hanging out the side of your chest wall.
MYA offer three different implants, the standard CUi, these have a 10 year guarantee against rupture and 5 years against capsular contraction, these are 95% filled and have a smooth outer shell, they come in low, medium and high profiles
Responsives, these have a ‘lifetime’ guarantee (it’s not your lifetime, it’s the average lifetime of the implant 15-20 years) against rupture, have a textured coat (to lessen the risk of Capsular contraction), are 95% filled, and come in all four projections, they have a wider size range then the CUi’s, they are called responsives as they move with your body
Soft touch, again these have a ‘lifetime’ guarantee, come in all four projections, have a textured outer shell, but these are 98% filled, so less change of noticing rippling. These are the hardest feeling implants (they don’t feel like rocks, it’s just because they are filled more)
These are all made my allergan, and have been through vigorous tests, and been around for years.
Sorry about the essay, but hope this helps, I will add you now, feel free to ask me anything, and if I don’t know it I will find out xx
Hi
Ive done consultation wiv mya decided to go wiv them. Picked the surhon i wanted and going for the better implants have u had urs done. What was it like did it hurt.much like after x
Which surgeon have you choosen? I’m four months post op with my second op, my first op didn’t drop or settle and caused me loads of pain. I suffered badly after my first op, but I reacted to the GA (which is rare, out of the time I’ve been on this site, I’ve only seen one other girl react), second op was a breeze, though. Just wish they looked nice xx
