Hi girls, I had my surgery this morning and I’d like to document my journey as I know I struggled to find examples of smaller implants.
I got 250cc high profile implants by Mr Traynor.
Everything was so straight forward and couldn’t of wished for a better operation. I will upload a pic from when I literally woke up before bra went on and I will keep updating over the next few weeks if anybody is interested.
Hi Sarah, glad your operation went well! Hope you have a speedy recovery.
They look amazing!! Are you happy with them? I’m at early stages (had a consultation today), but I think I’d want smaller implants, so would be really interested in your journey! X
Hi yes so happy. I got them placed dual plane. Honestly Haven’t felt any pain. Haven’t had any pain relief since waking up from op. (Let’s see how I feel in morning🤞🏻)
That’s awesome! Hope you’re not in too much pain today?
Hi Vicky, I literally feel fine, I have had worse pain from the gym in the past. If I am sitting down still, I wouldn’t know I’ve had anything done. When I walk I feel a ‘heaviness’ in the chest & When I move my arms I get a tightness in breasts that makes me stop and remember I’ve actually had surgery but nothing excruciating. I was expecting a much worse recovery, so so far so good. Still Havnt needed to reach for pain relief! Xx
Hi Abbie, I had under the muscle. Dual plane. X
Hi Sarah, what size were you before?
Hi Sarah, how did you find mr Traynor? What size were you before the op?
I’m super worried about the pain and recovery, is it ok? X

Hi Andrea, I was probably an A small B before. I just lived in sports bras so not sure exact size.
Hollie, I felt at ease with Mr Traynor, I appreciated his no nonsense approach. And also I respect his knowledge in the field.
My pain and recovery has been super manageable. I was on the school run day after my op, ( my mum drove but I was able to get out the car and collect my son)
I’ve honestly Haven’t felt like I’ve needed to reach for paracetamol. Certain movements can be painful but it’s just about taking it easy.

Hey Sarah, how are you feeling? They look amazing! What has the recovery been like? Have you struggled having a little one at the same time? I’m starting to get super nervous now! Mr Traynor is my surgeon too, he’s suggested 300,325 or 350 I’m worried they will be too big and look unnatural!
The worst pain you will feel is having the tape removed. I had to stop the nurse 4 times as it was unbearable and so sticky. The dressings were ripped off with it too. Maybe take some painkillers just before x
Yes really well thanks Hollie, Mr Traynor suggested 225 250 275 or max 300 for me but when I tried sizes in I felt they where so big. I was actually going for 225 until week of surgery where I seen people say you lose 25cc if you go under muscle so I thought I’d jump to 250cc. So far seems like a good decision.
Thanks so much for the heads up Dee. X
Thanks so much Sarah, you sound like an absolute trooper. I am so worried about the recovery!
What are your stats please? I’m 5’5 58kg and currently a 34 B . Xx
Im 5’2 and 58kg. I was an A/small B before.

Honestly, recovery has been better than I could of imagined. Im so pleased I went a head with surgery as I’d put it off for so many years waiting for the right time. Xx
They look great!! How have you found sleeping etc.? I have 2 worries going into this – the cannula (I hate them) and not being able to sleep properly afterwards!
They look great Sarah! You must be so happy. Would you be happy to share your before pictures by any chance? I’m really debating weather to go 250 or 275 so seeing how much tissue you had before would really help :). Thanks!
Vicky I have a big pregnancy pillow and I’ve found sleeping surprisingly fine. First 2 nights I had a numb bum but after that I have gotten used to it. Also, the anethesist put my Canula in when I was asleep so I didn’t even know. Xx
