250CC, High Profile, unders

Hi guys!

Looking to see some before/after pics of smaller implants! I’m a 32 B, size 8-10 and only wanted natural looking boobs to suit my body shape etc. I’m looking to end up with a very full C/small D. I’ve booked surgery for 7th June and been offered 250cc HP unders. I’m sure this will be fine, but am scared I’ll come out disappointed and feeling like I’ve wasted money (it’s not that I want very big boobs, but want it to notice that they’re bigger/fuller). If anyone has had similar cc from similar cup could you please share experience/pics? As might ask to go a little bigger.

@demi, you look fantastic. I’m in a similar situation to you @madison- similar size and wanting to increase my boobs but not by too much… hopefully looking to book in before June… so will keep u updated with progress if I do!!xx

@beek01 oooh, please do keep me updated when you get your op date etc! So far I’ve only found 1 person going for same implant size with same surgeon! Would be lovely for more! xxx

I am 5ft 6, size 8-10 and I was. 32AA before my op. I had 225cc mod plus and am really happy with the size… I’m just over 3 weeks PO and I got measured and am a 32 D!!!

Hi everyone! I was barely an A before surgery! There’s pictures on my profile!. I have traynor and got HP under the muscle.
I haven’t even bruised and I’m only 5 dpo and I’ve stopped my pain killers. It’s been a walk in the park!! Xx

Hi girls similar to yourselves im 5ft 2, 7 stone 12 size 6/8 and was wearing size 32a bras which were always gaping on me!! I had surgery on the 23rd wanted small natural looking implants i got offered 250cc and 275cc on the day of surgery i opted to have the 275cc …boob greed 🙂 am 5dpo now and am anxious/excited as they are changing daily and i cant wait to see the final results!! I hope mine turn out as good as yours charlotte ???? xx

Hi ladies, I had 300cc 2 weeks ago with Mr Traynor. I was a 34a size 8-10. I wanted to be a C cup. I’m still a bit swollen & left one is dropping more than rightie but I’m right handed so it will prob take longer to drop! Here’s a pic of them now . Hope this helps! Xx

These are 300cc HP under muscle (forgot to say!) xx

Also, be prepared for the bloat after surgery! I still look 8 months pregnant! I have tried everything to get rid of it but nothing is helping, just have to be patient! Xxx

Hi girls, thanks for all inputting as I feel this has really helped me. They literally all look AMAZING and give me major boob envy (but also excitement for op)!! I would be happy for mine to end up looking like any of yours, so you’ve filled me with great confidence! Thanks! xxxxxx

I saw the nurse on Friday, I was more concerned over my stomach as I was completely flat before. She said it’s normal fluid build up & will resolve on its own. I’m drinking lots of water, green tea, eating lots of protein, fruit & veg to keep me regular on the loo! It will do down on its own when it’s ready! I just don’t think u are prepared for this though as u are so wrapped up in the boobies! Good luck, u will b fine & im sure they will look fab! Xxx

My Op is on friday and i’m undecided between 250 and 275cc, such a hard decision! But seeing some of the 250cc makes me think it can make a big difference and go a long way!!xxx

Hello. That’s what I’ve been reccomended by Mr Traynor, so when I tried them on I felt that the 250 cc was a bit small so I’m thinking of going for 275 cc but I’m worried I’ll feel as if they’ll be to big for me. Any advice would be appreciated thank you xx

Hi everyone! Thought I’d join in the conversation! I’m booked in for 29th April for 250cc high profile. I basically want them to look the same size as I am currently with (quite a heavily) padded bra. I wear a 30b at the moment, so hoping this is the right size for me! Would be great to hear from people who are/ were a similar size. X

@madison I’ve not taken any painkillers at all! It’s a bit awkward with the strapping but I’m doing everything I can to keep my arm still etc and I’ve not been in any pain so far, fingers crossed! Just counting down the days until the strapping comes off. They don’t look too big under there at the moment xx

@claire-marie Hi Claire!! i’m 5’2 size 6 and yesterday had 275 unders. I wouldn’t be worried about the implant being small because i’m already in love with my new boobies!! it took a while for my bra to be put on for some reason but Dr Traynor came in and let me have a sneak peek!! They look quite large as I have a petite frame.

Once the bra was on I couldn’t believe it, I have all sorts of cleavage going on!! I was a small 32B beforehand so I feel like i’ve changed loads already. Xx

Yeah i feel like because I’m only a 32A at the moment, the surgeon doesn’t have much to work with:/ But to be honest, any kind of cleavage will be just amazing to actually have! Lol

How did you find the op yesterday? Are you feeling okay today?

@claire-marie aw thank you lovely!! honestly because there’s not a lot there, the smaller implants make such a difference!!

Asked my nurse approx what size she reckons i’ll be 6 weeks PO and she said she obviously can’t say for definite but a D/DD!! I was shocked when Dr Traynor said I could go 300cc max after seeing everyone sizes on here but honestly your surgeon knows best!!

Op went smooth thank you! felt fine yesterday but haven’t slept yet due to the back pain 🙁 aw thank you!! Xx

Oh wow!! Bet you’re chuffed 😀 I’m hoping to be D. Yeah the majority of people seem to be having like 350cc + so when i heard 275cc i was initially shocked.

Oh Brilliant 🙂 Were you a day patient? Ahh i’m not looking forward to that at all, I broke my shoulder before and couldn’t sleep lying down for over 6 weeks so I know how hard it is to sleep having to sit up and stuff:/

@claire-marie i’m sure you will be!! if that’s what you’ve told your surgeon and that’s what he recommends then i’m sure it’s the result you’ll get! I know!! that’s what I thought but everyone’s different.

yeah was admitted at 11, went to theatre at 2:30 and discharged at 8:30 🙂 honestly the sleeping is the worst part!! sent my friend out for Nytol so I could actually sleep today otherwise I don’t think i’d have managed haha. Xx

It’s good to see so many people in the same situation as me! I saw mr traynor today and he said I’m a b and I wanted to go to a d and he’s offered me 300-400 cc high profile over! But I’m thinking even 335 will be too big! Going to ask to see him again and try on the boobs again xx

Hey girls I have been recommended 300cc but I only want to go 275cc I only want to be a C cup max, dr mounir said I should go with what he recommended but will accept what ever I want to go with. I’m currently a small 34a xx

Hi @zoe ! Aw so glad to hear !! I’m glad I could help reassure you a bit on size !! I’m not aboutttt 2 months PO.. maybe a bit over and honestly I’m so pleased with my size! I only had 225cc!!! And I am a 32DD !! 😮 crazy!
I only wanted to be a C cup originally but I’m so pleased I’m bigger now haha!
I am 5ft 6, a size 6-8 and I was barely a 32 A before!
I’m sure you will be the cup size you want, probably bigger!!
Hope you’re pleased with them and your recovery is going well.
Also… they 100% get bigger with time! When I first had them done I tried on my mums 32C haha! And it didn’t fit me at all! But now I’ve dropped they are far too small for me! 🙂

Hello girls just messaging I’m going in for consultation and seeing the surgeon today managed to get both together and I’m a 32a/32b and I would like to be a small d full c any recommendations! Also how is everyone recovering that’s the bit I’m scared of! Xx

@charlottetl you’ve got me so excited for mine now ha ha! Strapping comes off tomorrow so i finally get to see them and cannot wait! I’m the same just wanted to be a C cup and was freaked out at the thought of the letter D lol but after spending months on this forum I’m pretty sure a DD wont scare me! I cannot wait to put up pics and compare them with my before photos, bring on the boobies !!

Hi, I’m still unsure how to use this forum sorry! But my surgery is in a week I’m an A cup but my bra always gaps and I a size 6 and I’ve been offered high profile under muscle 250CC and 275CC. I just want to look natural maybe a full C! Is there much different between the sizes? Thank you

Hi everyone! I’m still a bit unsure how to use this forum and post as well, however it was SO SO helpful to me before surgery. I am now 2 days post op after having 250cc HP unders and am really happy so far with the results. I didn’t want to go big, as I basically just wanted to have breasts! I was about a 30b before, although never actually got measured and just wore heavily padded bras. Hopefully attaching the pictures works- as you can see righties is a little bit more swollen than leftie. I’ll keep updating my progress though if it helps! Xx

Hi ladies, this is my first post! *scarrreeed*
I am 9st. 6lbs (although trying to lose as much weight as I can prior to op), 5′4, wearing size 6 for top, about 30C (but dropping with weight loss, ech 🙁 ). I was hoping to get a juicy 30DD cup, but was offered only 250, 275 and 300. I am really doubting these can make any change though 🙁

Hi Girlie, it may be worth starting your own thread as not a lot of people will see this, if you go back to the breast enlargement forum and scroll to the bottom there is a box to start your own thread. However I would say that if your loosing weight it way be worth waiting as you will get more excess skin the more weigh you loose, meaning you’ll probably be able to have a larger implant, but please talk to your surgeon about this as I am not a professional lol ???? hugs and hope everything goes well for you

Hey Sarah, no not at all! My sports bra is a 32D which seems to fit really well, although I haven’t been measured properly yet. They are still changing so much, dropping and getting a bit more defined – although still quite hard around the cleavage (can’t believe I have cleavage!)- so will probably get measured properly in a few weeks. Just seen you got yours a similar time to me- hope you’re healing well! Xx

Thank you this gives me hope haha I have a 34D m&s bra on I feel as though it fits fine but at the bottom and to the sides it looks a bit big but I am still very high so hoping it’s due to that haha.. I would love to be a D after but anything is going to be better than what I had pre opp ????

I know! Mine change from morning to afternoon. They are also still quite high, and I’ve seen some amazing drop and fluff pictures on here, so I’m hoping mine will go the same way! I was really flat chested before, so anything more than a small b is amazing- plus I think you get used to the size really quickly so they start to look smaller. I just keep looking at my before pictures to remind myself. Ha. X

Yeah mine feel bigger at night time haha & yeah so have I.. it’s understandable with under tho tbh as the muscle has to relax & yeah same that’s what I keep thinking anything is better than what I had before & same doing transformation photos ???? X
