250cc, HP, overs

Hi guys.

So had another consultation with Dr Lutz to discuss possibly bumping up to 275cc. I was SO sure that I was having 250cc HP Unders but when I went back she said that we had agreed on 250cc HP overs, according to the notes she took. She also said if I had 275cc it would need to go under muscle (which she said can create a gap between the boobs as muscle pushes it apart). I definitely don’t want a gap, so I’ve decided on going with overs (even though I’m sure we agreed Unders). But not I’m worried as many people say that overs can look less natural? Is this the case? Does anyone have any examples of 250cc HP overs? Or something similar?

Hi Maddie, I am having 275 cc overs in June had
My surgeon meeting yesterday I’m having overs as I have empty boobies from breastfeeding. I was worried there not going to be big enough so wanted to see if anyone else has had 275 overs with similar stats to me. If you type in 275 cc overs in the forum search box I have come across a fair few posts and also pictures xx
