I’m still in loads of pain on day 2! Taking meds on the dot every 4 hours … Finding it better to move around every so often to get the muscles moving – just like getting out of bed and walking for 5! Band and bra is sooo tight and uncomfortable :/ defo got it too small!! Are we supposed to wash the breast band as well as change the bras ?? My pics won’t upload either so put them on my profile 🙂 before 32b after 300/325 cc xx

I am sammie, fighting to keep me eyes open even when I’ve had a really good night sleep. My other half thinks I’m milking it but I genuinely can stay away for more than a few hours

I’m starting to itch too!!! The pain is loads less today but still painful! A few random shooting pains ?? hoping tomorrow it will be loads less… Swelling has gone down today though X

Hi, I’m nearly 3 weeks post op and for the 1st week I slept constantly, I was awake for a few hours then asleep for a few hours, this went on all day everyday for a week, it does get better tho, listen to your bodies if they need to sleep, definitely do it, get the rest whilst you can ladies x x x

I’m getting all this girls and this is the third day ?? sleepy all the time and keep waking up about 5 every morning ? incisions starting to get itchy now and bra n strap is so tight and uncomfortable !! Any one taken off their bra and strap for a breather and a wet wipe or are we strictly meant to keep it on ??? Xx

Aw thanks @sammii ! So scared to do anything yet I think I just need to man up.. Haven’t had a shallow bath yet cz I’m too scared I won’t be able to get out so just using the sink and flannels ! Still wearing my Macom which is killing me so think il change that to a sports one today! I can feel my right boob and nipple but absolutely no feeling in the left ? still swelling like mad …. Xx

Can you feel anything yet Sarah? I’m 2 days post op and my nipples aswell as boobs are numb! Swelling is crazy in the middle of my boobs just feels like water! Worried I’ve not drained properly and I’ll never feel my boobs again haha my bra is so tight too I’m considering buying another It’s leaving marks on my boobs but how tight are they meant to be?! Xxx
