275cc mod plus overs and uplift done !!!

Hiy girls thiught i would post as hardly anyone posts on the uplift part of the forum! I had dr giannas he is such a lovley man! He takes care in his work i would highly recomend him! He origionally offered me 225cc mod plus overs but after time i thought this would be too small so i met him again and asked if he would consider letting me have 275cc and he straight away agreed but no bigger, i was fine with this!
My addmission time was 7:30am saturday 24th i got to the fitzroy at 7:20 and the nurse showed me to my room, i was told there was 1 person before me so i was 2nd! Mr giannas came and drew on me around 8:30 and i went to surgery around 11am! The anastesia team were amamzing there was a man and woman that were particularly funny and kind i think his name was alan, always made me laugh! Next thing i knew i was waking up im recovery! I was soo sick after for hours! Woke up this morning and not had any pain medication as im not in agonising pain, just feel sick and dizzy! Nurses are soo nice, had about 5 different nurses and all of them are so kind and helpful! I would love to just roll onto my front or side as that is how i usually sleep ! But for the next 6 weeks its guna have to be sleeping upright! Heres my pictures anyway, before, straight after and this morning! Sorry that i cant cover my nipples and be warned my before pictures are horrible ahhaha xx

Hey babe its just from asda, i didnt want to spend too much on bras as bad as that sounds, it was only £8 and its perfect, i might go and grab a m&s one this week xx

Hi jodie, they look lovely from what i can see. I chickenee out and cancelled my first consultation that was booked for this coming Tuesday, terrible of me! I am now thinking i have done the wrong thing i would really like to go ahead with it. I hope it has been a nice experience for you and look forward to seeing updated photos xx

@yaz2017 We all get nervous! First consultation is nothing majour they just talk about what you are wanting and sort out a surgion for you to meet on second consultation, will tell you prices too x

@pollybaird1992 Honestly he is amazing! I was so worried as i hadnt seen many reviews of him but im SO glad i went with him! Had hardly any pain and had hardly any bruising at all !! Make sure you upload your results xx

Having surgery in September with Dr fazel and I hope everything goes well .. so nervous and excited at the same time x am having 325cc with uplift and implants moderate profile over the muscle.. he said he wouldn’t recommend more than that I have a lot of breast tissue already so I hope it would be big enough lol did I get over or under the muscle ? X

@queenimpossiblex aww you will be fine im sure they will look good, i had lots of tissue before too! I had 275cc mod plus implants over and im so happy with them! You should go overs 100% they dont usually do unders with uplifts and if you have quite a bit of tissu already! I will attach a picture of mine now! I was a D before and i am a DD/E now xx

Thanks so much Hun x am also having problems find a chaperone cause my hubby can’t miss work on the first week of September.. and my mothe Inlaw is working and am new to the U.K. And so I don’t trust any one so far x even tho I know some people.. what should I do ? ????

@queenimpossiblex I got a train to and from the hospital, but you will need someone with you, if not just say to them that your chaperone is outside the hospital and waiting for you even if they arent and they will probably let you go, only problem is if there are any problems like if you pass out there will be no1 to help you, can your boyfriend not have the day off work??

Do they reduce the nipples as part of the uplift hun or do you have to request this? Yours look amazing!

@queenimpossiblex I had an uplift and implant with hazel on monday.
I was so nervous as I didn’t find anything on him on this forum.
But everything went well.
I had to stay overnight the pain wasn’t that bad right after the surgery
but the next morning was quit bad I will advise you to find someone in case they give you a last dose of morphine and co-dydramol + Robaxin as you will be a bit high so don’t advice you to go back alone.
for the bras I had a M&S at first but was feeling too tight in it so i end up ordering a macom arrived this morning feel a bit weird.
I still have some bleeding up fully it’s normal.

@jenferxo I think it depends on the surgeon, i think if you request smaller nipples they will charge you, i was just lucky my surgeon chose to make mine smaller as mine were hugee x

How do you know what implant they gonna use is they a maximum size cc they can use with doin a uplift at same time?? I’m unsure what size implant my consultant will use she says she’ll use a sizer in theatre to see what looks best any ideas people?? X

Hi Jodie , I have good tissue so been told and my consultant wants to do under muscle??, not sure on what kind of implant HP or moderate plus?? X I would say I’ve always been big busted but through weight loss I’ve lost a lot of volume!!, I’m frightened that after having it done I’ll not be happy with the size or look?? X

@kat334 When you meet with your surgeon he will tell you what he thinks is best for you and your body, and he will decide what implant he wants to use, if u search on google the difference between high profile and mod plus it will show you, usually if you have lots of breast tissue they will do overs and thats what i had, i was was a DD before surgery just saggy and now i am a DD/E, i will attach a before and after pic x
