Hey everyone just thought I’d share my experience as I had my op yesterday and now currently waiting to be picked up and go home!
I had 275cc dual plane, round HP implants with Dr Tsekouras at Harley Health Village. I’m 5”3 and around 8stone 2. Had my admission time on the Thursday (I think this was because my surgery was on a Sunday). Was told to pack the bare minimum because of covid so just took some pjs and clothes to go home in – they seal up the clothes you arrive in a bag including my shoes but they said I can get them back out just before I leave (just incase anyone wants to bring a spare pair.
Arrived at 2pm and was in surgery by 3:30pm! Woke up around 5:30 quite drowsy but no pain other than my back really ached! Had a late lunch about 6 and then dinner at 8ish and all my painkillers around 9 then went to bed. I had no pain (other than back ache again) during the night but kept waking up because I was sooo hot! The nurses did turn the heating down and even brought me a fan but I was just so warm haha. Had breakfast around 7:30 and my next dose of painkillers – it feels a little tighter this morning especially around my armpit area but I can still move my arms freely and have been up and about, to the loo etc, by myself! Slightly itchy on the bra at the bottom on the left but was told to take some antihistamine when I get home:)
Overall really good so far (touch wood) I’ve had a sneak peek but dont want to move anything around too much and I’m so pleased! Will post a before and after soon when I can 🙂 also can’t recommend Dr Tsekouras enough he’s been so lovely and reassuring from the very beginning!
