280cc teardrops overs, too small??

Hi ladies I have been recommended 280cc teardrops by my surgeon(not with MYA) I do trust his expertise but I’m also worried they aren’t going to be big enough!

I am 38, have 2 children 5ft 7 and 10 stone. I’m going for the natural look so don’t want them to look stuck on. I don’t want to go through it all and be dissapointed. I’m currently an empty 32/34b. Does anyone else have similar stats to me and have before and after pics please?

What size would you be happy with? I know everyone differs with sizes but my friend had 310 hp unders and she started a 32b and is now a 32dd x

I initially wanted a 34d but the surgeon said I would more like be a full c. He also said I was probably more a 32 anyway and would probably measure a 32d.

One of the reasons for wanting my boobs done was to make me more in proportion, I have big legs and bum but small waist and chest, so annoying!!! I suppose the surgeon can only work with what I have????

I’d say for your stats that does seem a small implant but it’s all depends on what u want to achieve why not get a consultation with an other sugoen for peace of mind see what they say xxx

I’d agree with Stacey, for your stats the implant seems quite small. I wanted a natural look and had 255cc teardrops but youre much taller than me (im only 5ft2) and I’m very petite. i was a 32a/empty b and I’m now 32dd/30e. They sound bigger than they look as Id say I look more a D cup. I love my size and that sort of size works for me but i rdo think on someone much taller they’d have been barely there! I’ve attached a pic xx

I’m just worried I’m gonna go through it all and then not be happy with the result. The surgeon said to be if I went any bigger I would have possible rippling. He suggested overs as I couldn’t go very big. I’ve got another consultation in Jan so will go through the sizes again with him I think.

Hey hun, i agree with stacey, i’m 5’6 and a 32b and i’ve been recommended with either a 350cc or 375cc and have been told that i still would get a natural look. I’m just stuck between the two as i dont want them to look huge, need advice!! And Maybe try go for a 300cc? X

As other girls said it does seem a bit small for your stats.
I’m 5’7 , 9 stone and 34 A. I’m having 425cc HP in January. He said that should take me to a DD
Like you I have a bum haha and no boobs!
Maybe speak to your surgeon? Or ask to see someone else xxx

I’m 5ft 9, size 8/10 and 9 and a half stone. I was a 32 B. Had uplift with 250 and 275 mod plus unders and am wearing a 34 D at the moment. I don’t feel like mine are too small! I tried on a 32 DD non underwired bra the other day and it fitted. I’m only 17dpo Xx

Thanks Carolyn. Sorry for all the typos in my last message, I was falling asleep as I wrote it! They do drop and fluff but differently to what I’ve seen of rounds I’d say. When I compare pictures from day 1 to 7, it’s like they were barely there at first… like someone had squashed two square pads underneath my chest… then suddenly they seemed to pop out of nowhere! Over the few weeks after that they changed from very cone shaped to round… they were also very different in size at first as it took a while for my left one to drop as much as my right. I’ve heard that with teardrops you have to be extremely patient and that they can take a full year before you will know their ‘real’ appearance. I’m just over 4 and a half months post op now and haven’t seen much difference from around 10 weeks xxx

Heya, I had my surgery 18/12/17 I am 5ft 6 and 10 stone, I have 320cc/290cc teardrop implants under the muscle I will attatch before and after ????????

I was offered smaller overs but went with unders so I could have a larger implant. X

Thanks for your replies ladies, I am back in Jan for another consultation and am going to try the implants again. I think I need to trust the surgeon as he knows what he is doing and knows what will look right on me.

Georgia your boobs look fab, how are you getting on with recovery?

First few days were very hard, was in a lot of pain especially at night, I’m not 6dpo and feel so much better now, have come off pain meds, Just back and neck pain from having to sit upright xx your stats sound exactly the same as mine and I had 290cc, Just go with what your surgeon says, they will fit your frame xx
