Girls please have look at my latest pic. I’m still in strapping and only 3 days post op but my right is quite a bit bigger and harder than my left and it’s worrying me because when I got the drains removed the right one bled loads and the nurse had to strap it really tight to stop it whereas the left dint bleed at all and seems fine now? I’m probably being paranoid and i know it’s only early days I just need some reassurance please xxx

Hey hun. Are you right handed? My right is still higher up than my left and I’ve assumed it’s because if I am to do something I’ve generally used my right arm because I’m right handed and that’s my natural one to use. Also only being 3 days post op for you and your for me I’d say we have so much changing to do. And to treat each breast as a separate operation. If you’re worried ring your pc. Hope you’re ok though babes xxx

Hi hun i see what u mean it does look bigger.. this can happen as part of the healing process as im sure u knw its probably just that.. at worst it could be hematoma which would be painful and u would most likely have bruising.. has it gotten bigger over the 3 days? Or was it like that from the start? have u contacted the nurse? Just for reassurance x

I forgot to mention i had the same problem.. mine flared up out of nowhere.. i sent pics to the nurse.. and we just kept a eye on it.. turns out it was nothing just the healing process.. im sure its nothing to worry about x

@kelly3322 I am right handed yes. I think your probably right about the fact that I’ve used my right hand for mostly everything. Im just totally paranoid that something is going to go wrong. Hope you are healing up well xx @Missy it hasn’t got any bigger just that the swelling has went down in the left more than the right. It’s not any sore than the other one and no bruising that I can see. I know i just need to be patient until I get my strapping off on Monday. I haven’t contacted the nurse yet I think I’ll leave it a couple of more days and pray it goes down. Thanks so much girls.xxx
