My back is killing me!! Just can’t get comfy! Woke up this morning and my neck and back are just soooo achey! Help girls xx

Have you tried one of those travel neck pillows? Mine was a god send in the first week. Also get a hot water bottle or some heat patches to ease your back. How have you got your bed set up? I was Aleppo h far more propped up than I needed to xx

I do have a neck pillow yeah,haven’t used it yet though. Maybe I’ll try that! I’ve been using loads of pillows up right and then my v pillow in front of it,then another pillow in front of that. Just can’t get comfy. The first two nights were fine but I’ve woken up so sore and achey x

Maybe you are sleeping too high up? I only had 3 pillows and my v pillow. At been sleeping really propped up then on my 1 wk check mentioned it to the nurse and she said I didn’t need to be so propped up. I hate not sleeping well I love my sleep!! Xx

Hollie, do you find when you wake up and lift up you get a sharp pain in your breasts around the nipple? It feels like the incisions are ripping off? X

I do yeah @joanna and they feel so hot and with my strapping being so tight I feel like they have gone really hard xx
