    I have had my macom on since i had the op and im now 3 days….i have bought a m and s bra and want to change into it..am i allowed? X

    Hi Laura, definitely change for a day whilst you wash your Macom. I put my shock absorber sports da on whilst my macom was in the wash, but couldn’t wait to get it off as I found the macom so much more comfortable! Xx

    Ahh thats good! I have been wanting to change it but thought we wernt allowed to take them off incase the implants move or something! I like my macom but the material makes me feel like my skin cant breath after 3 days with it on x

    I didn’t have a bra on for most of the day I had my surgery on, they put it on just before I left xx

    Yes i had mine off for about an hour after the surgery but then they put put on…did any of you have drains? I am having lots of swelling today but my surgeon doesnt use drains so wondering if thats why X
