Whatever you don’t massage them that can do more hard than good

@Tijen Hiya hun, did you have unders or overs? At 3months they should have started to soften, give your clinic a call and book in for post op to check up on everything. IN terms of softening them there isn’t anything you can do, you just have to wait for nature to take it’s course. What ever you do, DO NOT massage them! Massage is recommended to US ladies who have SMOOTH implants as it stops scar tissue forming on the shell, they don’t used smooth implants at all in the UK now, the textured shell is what stops the scar tissue sticking and it also helps the implant stay where it needs to be, massage can force the implant to move and can damage the shell so isn’t recommended.

Massaging the skin to help with marks ect is fine but proper breast massage is not advisable.

    I hope this helps!

Oh wow Kaydee…thanks to saying that! I was under the impression that you do massage them. So so glad I read this. Other half will be sad though as he thought he could be the masseuse :/ xxxx

Haha well it’s ok to *rub* them just not do the breast specific massage (you can find it on youtube) which is quite rough, a lot of squashing and crushing them involved! x

oh really thanks guys yeah thanks kaydee i thought you had to massage them i had no clue you should! so do you just leave them to soften on their own? im getting worried that they are going to stay this way! so i just rub them a specific way? xx

I’d make an appointment with the clinic to ease your worries. No, no massage, by rub I mean like if you want to you body lotion ect, you don;t have to avoid touching them at all. x
