JUst do a bit of cycling nothing heavy
I went back at 3 weeks PO. Did bike and uphill walking for re first week. I’m 6 weeks PO now and am back to full training. Weights, circuits, spin, combat and PT. no problem at all. Enjoy..just be careful 🙂 xx
i was 3 weeks po bk in the gym. im 2 years po now and it never effected my healing my boobs are still as perfect asbthe day i had them xx
