    Hi Girls, I was 3 weeks PO yesterday, I’m booked to have a back massage on Friday – Am I allowed to lie down on my front or do I need to cancel my appointment?? x x

    You should be ok providing you can lie on your front and you are comfortable, I was sleeping in my front from day 5 x

    Omg really? Is it comfortable? I’ve always slept on my stomach but I’m sleeping on my back at the moment cause I’m worried I might damage them lol x
