300cc unders anatomical, when do they change?

I’m currently 3 weeks post op having had 300cc anatomical under the muscle. This is what my surgeon recommended due to the lack of tissue and not wanting to damage the skin so trusted them. I was a 34A hoping to be a 34C/D after. Just don’t feel they look very big. The picture below shows the change over the last few weeks. Can someone put my mind at ease please 😭
