300cc unders or overs?

Been given the choice of having unders or overs.. I really want to achieve a natural look but I’ve seen so many girls who’s overs look amazing and obviously recovery seems so much quicker! (Also preferred the thought of not messing with my anatomy). Very confused so help and advice is really appreciated! X

Sounds odd but we have really similar boobs!! I’m getting 300cc unders..I don’t have much excess skin for an over the muscle implant to look natural/not stuck on! I wasn’t given the choice…I would have rather had overs, not looking forward to the recovery but trust my surgeon! But if you’ve been given the option I’m sure either will have a fab result! Have another chat with your surgeon if you’re not sure! You could always get a second opinion too! Who’s your surgeon? Xx

Overs next week , I was like you for a long time undecided and the more research I’ve done plus I went back to see my pc they all said why mess about if don’t need to x

I had 300cc overs last week and mine were similar to yours. I personally am so glad I had overs as the recovery has been tough as it is and I know it would’ve been worse with unders! I’m really happy with my results so far and the main reason I wanted the BA in the first place was for volume at the top of my breasts so I had round implants to achieve this ? I had 300cc unders 2 weeks ago (but wasn’t give the choice of unders/overs!)
I was a 32A pre-op. I’ll try upload a picture but it never works! Feel free to add me I have a few pics on my profile X

They are a bit pointy when you first get them but as they drop and fluff it settles down! I was offered 270 or 300 and he decided whilst I was under to use the 300, I’m so glad he did!
My implants are rounded as well to give me the shape I wanted at the top.
I think if you want volume at the top and it’s possible you’re best off with overs but it’s completely up to you xx

Ahh thank you @vickywalton.. Might go for 300 in my bigger boob and 330 in my smaller one. I don’t want huge boobs but again don’t want to do it all and be disappointed x

I don’t knoooooowwwww @alicem!! My surgeon was saying that overs are better but from what I’ve read there’s more benefits to unders ?

I had 300s high profile unders 10 days ago, I didn’t have enough fat to be able to have overs so there’s more chance of being able to see rippling of the implants, so although I didn’t have the option even if I did have a small amount of meat there I’m sure I would of chosen unders just to be safe. I have photos on my page.. Take a look.

That’s what I like about having 300s, they are little enough for me to cover them up and not be too obvious but if I want to show them off in a little top they’re there! I’ve read about boob greed on here but I was never bothered about them being much bigger I just wanted the fullness so I’m 100% made up with them! ?
