315cc Mr Mahdi

Hello ladies, I’m currently 5 weeks post op and thought it would be helpful to post my before and after pictures for those researching Mr Mahdi’s work. My stats are 5’2, 8½ stone and I had Motiva round silicone implants, semi rough both 315 cc along with an uplift too to fix my tubular breasts as one was larger than other and both sagging. Please feel free to ask any questions x

Hi what size was you before? I’ve just had surgery today I’m 5.1 9st 4 I had 300cc round mentor plus I was a empty B cup before really wanted bigger implants but was told I couldn’t x

Heya, I was around an empty B before surgery but I needed an uplift too and Mr Mahdi says I could only have 275 or 315cc (depending what would fit during surgery) because of the risk of my breasts sagging again if the size is too big. I think they’re a bit small but I’m glad I couldn’t go any bigger because I’d start to look too top heavy, so now I think they’re just right. I haven’t been measured properly yet but I’ve tried on a 34 B bra from Asda George and they do fit although I could do with a C cup instead. It really does depend on the shop you go to but I think generally I’m a C to D cup. Hope this helps x
