325cc 350cc or 375cc high profile? 💕

Hi everyone 🙂 I’m booked in for my breast enlargement in April, im still abit undecided what size to go. I would like to be a D cup.
Mr Mileto has recommended 325 or 350cc high profile.
Has anyone got any before and after they could send over?
I’m a small B at the moment, I’m 38, 5ft 4 and weigh 9stone3.
Im so excited but so nervous 😬 xxx
