325cc HP pr 375cc UHP

I have been given the choice of 325cc Hp or 375cc UHP
im 5ft 7 ins and 10st 7 ish trying to loose the albs before surgery in 4 weeks
I odnt know what size to go for
im a 34 a wear a super padded 34b bra
want to achieve a dd ideally xx
