You look amazing!!! I had 300cc a week ago, i’m on day 6 i’m still in a lot of pain, especially one side 🙁 and my boobs don’t look like boobs yet but i look similar to your week one pics so cross fingers i look like you at two weeks! I’m sk jealous of everyone thats having a good recovery 🙁
Ang My recovery is very easy. I didnt take any of those strong painkillers just 2xparacetamol then 2 hours later 2xibuprofen and 2 hours later another 2 paracetamols etc. Thats was enough for me. I have 2 kids( 2 and 7 years old) so couldnt stay in bed and do nothing. I think if you staying in bed then you focusing more on your pain, you start feeling sorry for yourself and you make yourself more sick. Stay on top on yours painkillers and dont think 2 much. Make yourself busy . I know that everybody is different but girls please remember that is only few days in pain but gets easy day by day. Enjoy your new boobs and dont Focus on pain.xxx
Emma I decided to go with Dr Traynor ( you will like it or not but he will tell you a true. This man is really honest). Few things I remember from consultation with him was: he explained to me ALL risks and complications; he said that gap between my breast is there and always gonna be there; my breast are not TWINS but sisters so cant expect that they will look exactly the same; dont choose biggest implants, dont loose 2 much and dont put 2 much weight AND YOU GONNA BE FINE.
Sleeping is not easy for everybody. I start with 2 pillows and v pillow on top. Small pillow inside V pillow to rest your back. I am 2 weeks post op now so for last few nights I was using only 1 pillow with v pillow on top plus the small one for my back.
Ye you’re right. I haven’t washed my hair in a week and i look so rubish but im finiding it do hard to do anything. But i agree im probs focusing on the pain. I’m very bruised my sternum and inder one armpit is black and blue and thats not exaggeration haha. The nurse rang yesterday and she explained that might be because im so petite and he’s probably struggled to get them in. I have my post op tomorrow so hope she’ll have some suggestions. I’m still very swollen, what bra did you have? I have the m&s high impact and i have to say ive not had a great time with it haha. Its supportive but kills my ribs. Im usually a 32 back but had to go
Up to 36 with the swelling. Sorry for sounding so negative, i had a brill op day and everythings fine im just not recovering well unfortunately. Xxx
ANG I have yianna bra and m&s one(with zip). Think my m&s one is 2 small ( red Marks under my boobs) so using yianna bra more. Its medium bra. I started on last hooks and now I am on the middle ones. ANG think about yours next holiday and beautiful boobs in bikini instead.xxxx
Bea I was fine – pain free when I woke up after my surgery so didnt ask for painkillers( I think they give me some when I was still asleep).Took first 2 paracetamols about 4 hours after surgery. Then 2 hours after I took 2 ibuprofens and then after 2 hours another 2 paracetamols. 2 or 3 days like this and then again – just in case – 2 in the morning, 2 during the day and before bed. Still have at home full box of codeine. Didnt even open it . Like I said with 2 kids I had to take it easy but couldnt stay in bed. I was lucky and wasnt really in pain after surgery. Was on painkillers about 7 days.
I’m had surgery Monday. I am in need of the painkillers m. Had 350 hp unders. My little girl is coming home today so hoping she will give me a bit of a lift as all I’ve done is stay in bed and I don’t think it’s helped
I really think that if you staying in bed then you thinking 2 much, feeling sorry for yourself ,focusing on your pain and that way you make yourself more ill. Top up your painkillers, move from bedroom to livingroom. Watch movie, go for short walk.Kirstie I am sure your little girl will give you a kick and you will forget about pain.Easy recovery to you all.xxxx
