325cc Mod + unders or 350cc Mod + overs

Hi Eveyone! I’ve been on this forum for a while now but this is my first post. I need some help as I really can’t decide/ don’t really know what my outcome will be when it comes to my sizing.

So I had my first consultation with Dr. Fiumara last year. I explained to her that I wanted a natural look but I also wanted them to be bigger so I didn’t have to wear a padded bra all the time. She suggested 325cc mod plus unders. At first I thought these would be perfect but after further research and seeing my friends who had 350 I began to think 325 would be too small.

Saw her for another consultation a week ago and she said the only way she could give me 350 would be to go over the muscle. As far as I was aware over the muscle was more for people who had more skin and breast tissue and I don’t have either?? I know overs can look natural as I’ve seen a few of the girls pics on here. I am just worried that you would be able to see the outline or the implant with the overs and they will look more “stuck on”

Dr. Fiumara has assured me they won’t but I am a worrier so I can’t help it lol
I’m slim built, size 8 and weigh about 9 stone
Would any of you girls mind that have the same implant sizes as the ones recommended for me showing me some pictures please? At least I can then get some idea

I think you have to go with what is proportional to your body. I had 350cc overs mod plus and so far cannot see implant outline but I was an empty C before from breastfeeding so I had enough breast tissue
I think. I’m very tall and about 65kg so really I think my body frame could have taken 375/400. I have seen so many girls on here talk about boob greed and I think yes I should have gone tiny bit bigger.

Then there are lots of girls with small frames on here and 225cc and there boobs look really big.

Have a nose around at all the photos uploaded try and find someone with the same stats as yourself that’s what I did. Found someone who had similar stats same cc and overs mod plus and same surgeon she was really helpful and chatted about how she got on with the recovery too.

Hey I had 300cc Moderate Plus with Dr Marcellino last Monday! I only got to have a proper look at them yesterday when I had all the strapping taken off but I love them so far! I am 8 stone and was a 32a/b in some bras, my surgeon last minute decided that he wouldn’t give me any higher than 300 as it would look too big for my frame! I had mod plus unders 325cc with dr Fiumara on Monday 30th Jan!
Originally I was a 34A cup, I’m 5ft 2, 8st 10lb and size 8.
Linda offered me 300 originally and at my request upped them to 325. On the day she said she wasn’t sure what she was going to use and wanted to decide in surgery. When I woke up I found she used the 325cc mod plus unders. I asked for a c /d and at the moment they are still high on my chest but they look a good size for my frame. I’ll try and attach pics for you I’m only 9 days post op. Xxx

I had 325cc, round, Mod plus unders with Dr Fiumara and a mini uplift. I haven’t weight myself in months but I’m roughly 8.6 Stone , 5ft 6, and was a 30c prior to surgery.

8wks post op I measure 28FF which is waaaaaaay bigger than I was expecting.

They don’t look like a FF though, implants tend to size larger than natural boobs due to the roundness I think. Tbh there is not much difference in 25cc it’s like two tablespoons or something small.

If I were you I would research the difference between overs and unders and see what you prefer. I’d go for whatever linda reccomended tbh as she is a proper perfectionist and knows her stuff. I trusted her 100% even when she said I needed an uplift I honestly didn’t see it coming but in so glad I agreed because I’m made up with my results.

Unders are more painful (your muscle is cut and a new pocket is made underneath and your implant is placed there. Essentially if you work out a lot especially upper body unders may not be for you because they can become displaced. They also take a bit longer to recover than overs because they cut your muscle). I think they have more benefits tbh in my opinion. I was only offered unders and I only actually wanted them anyway for the look and fact mammograms are easier to screen. Although my boobs measure really big they look so natural and everyone I know who has seen them think they lol really natural for my frame.

@LJ17 yeah I defo thought 325cc was proportional to me as I’m only 5ft 2 and I’m about a cup size B (I’ve never officially measured myself but fit into a small b cup). I’ve looked around but your right need to find some one similar to me so I can really get an idea x

@poppy ultimately the surgeon does know best and I’ve seen so many girls on here go with what they recommended and like yourself been happy. I just wish I’d of asked which she’d prefer lol I’ve added you on insta if that’s okay. My name on there is shan_xx

@missestelle Yours look really good so far and I defo think I’ll be happy with mod plus cause by the looks of yours the projection seems perfect. At least that’s one thing I’m sure on lol She said she has ordered both for me but I would prefer to make the decision before hand instead of leaving up to her as possibly be disappointed, or even worse boobs greed! Ha x

@fran I’ve added you hope that’s ok. yeah I heard that there’s not much in it so that made me think just go for the 350. But because she’s saying it would have to be overs that size it through me off a little because I did all my research for unders! Me too I prefer unders, the look, benefits etc even tho she did say overs won’t necessarily affect things like breast screenings but not sure. Not gonna lie tho I was slightly happy when she said overs cause I thought yessss not too much pain! Lol x

Hey hun no worries! Just do what you feel is best tbh.tou will be surprised how much boob u end up with depending in what you start with I’m still coming to terms with my size as its gona be so hard getting Bras I’ll prob just have them for occasions and Wear crop tops that support me.
