Booked in for Feb and I’m currently 30b and can’t decide between 325cc and 350cc .. I don’t want them to be too small but also scared they will be too big for my small frame. If anyone has any pictures or advice, I would really appreciate it! Xx
Hi! I’m a similar size. Can’t help I’m afraid as also booked in for Feb! I’m having 325cc, and having the same concerns as you. Hope someone is here with pictures/advice soon 🙂
Hi Charlotte, have you managed to make a decision on what to get?
Havnt had a response yet but I think I’m going to go through with the 350cc, I heard when you get it behind the muscle it takes 25cc off (apparently) but me mahdi said if he puts them in and they look silly he will go a size down. So I won’t look silly and he will do what’s best for my body shape .. I will update if this changes ❤️ Xxx

Hey, I went with My Mahdi for my BA and had 325cc high profile, dual plane. I was an A cup before, told him my desired look was a C cup and he suggested 300, 325 or 350 so I went with the middle to be safe as I felt the same – didn’t wanna be too big or too small! I’m 6 weeks post op & really happy with results but part of me also wishes I went with 350, also seen a lot of people say they wish they went bigger. It all depends with how you feel and what you’re working with beforehand though as the same sizes look so different on everyone which makes it such a difficult decision! Hope you love your result whatever you choose ☺️
Aw amazing Thankyou Mil! This was really helpful! So happy you’re in love with the results, hope you’re recovering okay? How did you find the surgery ? I’m a little anxious about being put to sleep but feel a lot better about the results aftwr reading your message ☺️ Xx
I also had Dr Mahdi and 325 high dual plane. I was worried mine would be too big for me but they are perfect. I wanted boobs but didnt want them to look over unnatural. I’m only 5 days post op so they are very round and swallen at the moment but once they’ve fluffed I think they’ll be amazing.
I also couldn’t decide until on the day between 325/350. My surgeon mr traynor said there is literally nothing in it. If you weigh the 25g in rice it doesn’t amount to much so he said go for 350. I’m currently 6 weeks post op and they’re looking great. My advice is trust the process! Every day they look different and nipples end up one higher and the other and they dropped at different rates too. I was so worried every day as my right boob has only started dropping this last week but they do catch up and eventually look more even. I was a 32a/b before and got measured at Marks and Spencer’s and they measure me as a 32DD/E. They don’t like like an e to me though. I went to Ann summers and I fit in a 34DD. I weigh 9st2 and 5ft3 and they don’t look too big on my frame
Hi lovely! I am currently 4 days post op but was in the same position as you, i was stuck between 350cc HP and 375HP. When I spoke with my surgeon (Dr. Giannas) he said 350cc would give me my desired size or around so we agreed with that. However I had second thoughts and rang to speak to someone and they said that 25 cc wouldn’t be noticeable at all, the next step from 350 would have been 400 to be able to notice it..
Anyway i went in on saturday still in two minds but went with 350 and i am so happy with them!!
Do not be nervous!!! I’ve never been put to sleep and I won’t lie I was a tad nervous at the last minute but it was absolutely fine!
I’ll attach some pics so you can get an idea. Before I was a 32 B!
Hi Charlotte, have you had your surgery yet? What size have you decide on☺️ I had my 8 week post op appt with the surgeon a few days ago and honestly so in love with my new boobs the more they fluff as they’re starting to feel more natural! The size feels perfect for me. On the day, the surgeon had a few sizes and went with what he felt looked best and I’m so happy with the final product! Definitely trust your surgeon and the process – it’s a long one but so worth it!
