32a getting 400 unders high profile?!

So as the title reads I’ve met the surgeon today and he’s recommended 400cc high profile overs. I was told I have an asymmetrical chest? (Not quite sure what that means) Anyway I was wondering if anyone else had these and could possibly show me some photos?
I’m 13 stone (Desperately trying to lose my mummy tummy before my surgery) and I’m 5’6.
