32A Pre op girl looking for advice from post op ladies with 275cc HP implants…

Hi Ladies,

I’m in need of some real-life advice please…

I am hoping to have a BA very soon and have had my first two consultations with MYA.

Here’s my stats so you have an idea:

I’m 29, 5’6″, Size 8/10, 55kg (8.5 stone), 32A bra size.

I have had two children who i breastfed for 12 months each (age gap 15 months). I’ve always had small 32 A/B boobs but the breastfeeding has taken its toll and left me with very ’empty’ breasts. I hardly have any actual tissue of my own. A have a few stretch marks from my breastfeeding days (but mostly they have faded now).

Anyhow, I have seen Mr Kazzazi and he has strongly advised that I have HP 275cc (maximum).

I would love to achieve a full D cup but Mr Kazzazi think i may just about get a full C.

Has anyone with similar stats had 275cc’s (HP)? Id love to know your thoughts post-op.

Or anyone with the same stats had another size implants?

Also if anyone would be kind enough to share any pre & post op pics I’d be very grateful as I’ve spent so much time stressing over what size I’d like and now I may have to consider being smaller than I’d hoped. But I’m struggling to visualize how this will look in terms of shape/size/proportion etc…

Hiyaa, I’m similar size to you a little shorter I had 350cc unders & told I’ll probably be a dd but I think I’ll be a d.. Maybe see another surgeon and see if they offer you another size? I had Mr traynor and couldn’t recommend him enough.. I’m only 6 days post op I’ll try attach a picture =) Xx

Hi Stella, I’m 5,6 size 8/10, 58kg and was 32a. I had 350cc unders and am 6 days PO. I wanted to achieve a D cup and they said roughly 125-150cc was a cup size so I went for the max my doc would go to (I had Mr Traynor). I came out of surgery and got a 34 (to account for swelling) D cup sports bra for the recovery. I fully fit this already, that’s before the swelling goes down and I go back to a 32, and before the muscle relaxes, which I’m told when it does the size grows. So with 350’s I’m likely to end up a DD-E. Obviously everyone’s body will take the implants differently & I haven’t breast fed, but what you’re being offered is only around half a cup size less than mine. I hope this helps 🙂 xx

I would Defo recommend Mr Traynor I’m 5″7 and tiny framed 8st top I started as flat A cup with very little breast tissue had 400cc HP unders will be 6weeks po tomorrow , I fit into 32DD bra at the min but when I measure it could be a 30E as my back size is tiny I will upload some progress pic so you can see x x

Hi Stella, I have nearly the same stats as you, I’m 5ft 7 size 8-10 and have also breastfed my daughter. I was only a 32a to begin with and only went to a full b during pregnancy which had left me with stretch marks. I have my op in 4 days time with Mr Marcellino, he has offered me 350 or 375cc unders which will hopefully take me to a d cup although this may be hard as I also have barely any natural breast tissue. I’m going to go with the 375 because I’m worried anything less wouldn’t give me what I’m hoping to achieve. You can always get a second opinion from another surgeon and see what they say. Hiya, I’m not sure how much I can help as I’m still on my ba journey but hope to help at least a little!
I was a 32a, had my surgery on 26th September (11 days ago) I had 250cc in my left & 275cc in my right. My surgeon said that if I went any bigger I would most definitely get rippling as I had such little breast tissue and stretch marks from pregnancy. I’m wearing a 34d macom bra for recovery and it’s too big, I’ve been told to go and get measured and get a smaller bra to support me. I was so badly hoping to be a d cup after surgery but when I looked at myself today I really didn’t mind that my cup isn’t a d because my boobs now suit my body. The cup size is just a letter, go for it! Anything is better than nothing! X

Its so hard to ‘guess’ what I may look like post op because its quite clear from all the research so far that its really not as simple as pick an implant and here’s what bra size you’ll be… Its like an actual mine-field!

But I have noticed a recurring theme that ladies have said their surgeon estimated one cup size but most have ended up bigger (in a good way)..

I have really good feelings about the surgeon iv seen and totally trust his judgement but i’m now getting my head around all the numbers and how it’ll affect the results. Had my heart set on some good D’s but turns out that’s not possible without problems & rippling. Need to re-focus and think about these C’s that I could achieve… (I hope)…

But I cant help thinking that anything bigger than my current empty, stretched-skin ‘non-boobs’ would be a MASSIVE difference. 🙂

I am a 32 back and have gone with 255cc overs yesterday. With swelling I am measuring a G, but that will go down. I was an empty d before due to breastfeeding. I am wearing a 34 e sports bra atm as the was recommended post op for the Swelling. I am 5ft 6 but 10/12. I think women who have breast fed take cc’s differently as my sister had 235cc and her boobs are massive now and she is the same stats as me but no kids. I easily could have taken more cc’s and not looked too big but I do a lot of kickboxing so had to keep them quite small

Hi Hun I have very similar stats to u. 8st 9. 5ft 6 and similar storey with regards to children and bf. I have 3 and after feeding my last my breast tissue litterally dissolved 🙁
I had 275 hp partials. I measure 30e at boux avenue but can get away with 32dd from other shops. I’m 15 months po now and have a few pics. I’ve added u so drop me a message and I can tell u a bit more.

I’m booked in for my op on 22nd December and I am really indecisive on size at the moment I have been offered min 300cc and max 40cc but im thinking at the moment go for 350 – 400. Would it be ok if I add some of you to follow progress as you are all similar sizes? Thank you. xx
