32a/30b girls that had overs please!

Hey girls.
So after a lot of umming and arrrgghiing about overs and unders, I think I am going to go with overs (finalised decision when I see Dr Mounir again on Wednesday). I can’t take the chance that having unders is going to interfere with my poling.
I have spent the last year of this journey with unders in my head the whole way! I’m now 5 weeks away from my op and feeling unsure (first time in months).
If there any girls that started at a 32a/30b that had overs, can I please have a look at your pictures please…I would very much appreciate this as all my research and looking has been on girls my size with unders.
Any peaks of photos would be VERY helpful to me at the minute please xx

I had overs and was a 32a/30b back. I’m currently post op day 10. I uploaded some pictures onto a topic which you can find on my profile of day 4. I had 300cc HP x

Hi Alana. I have just had a look and they look great! Did you ask to go for unders or did you surgeon pick it? xx

My surgeon gave me a choice as he said I could have either so I chose overs as he actually said he thinks they’re more natural. Just express your concerns about unders and I’m sure as long as you have enough breast tissue you’ll be allowed overs xx

I had 350cc HP overs from a 32a 10 weeks ago today, I’m now a 32 E 🙂 They don’t look huge or unnatural though, they’re a lovely size. Feel free to have a look at my pictures – they look really natural, Mr Traynor was my surgeon and I told him that I wanted a really natural look xxx

@jodielr Do you mind if I add you? That would be great if you uploaded pics after your surgery…good luck for Wednesday, bet you are well excited now?

@kate-sophie Really Kate? I am looking at 350/375/400cc but I suppose these were offered to me when we were discussing unders. Hopefully he will still offer me the same when I tell him I’d prefer unders….so confused at the minute. Natural is what I want but don’t want under the muscle to stop my sports which I know it will. 32E wow! I love to hear that you are happy with them. @lr666 yeah no problem hun. Yeah really excited now….. Not too nervous/scared, more excited about when I wake up I’ll finally have boobs haha. Wanted them 6 years! xx

@jodielr I can imagine…literally a couple of days to go for you! I am the same, I have wanted this done since I was 18, I turn 26 the day before my surgery. Soooo exciting, I just need to see Dr Mounir on Wednesday to sort all my concerns out and then I can go back to being excited! Good luck and make sure you let us know how you get on 😀 xx

@lr666 Yeah same here, wish I had done it sooner though. Been a 30A for so long now and still feel down about it, so I’m finally doing it! Soooo excited. Going to Mexico in June too so I’ll get to wear nice bikinis to show the twins off haha xx

@jodielr So if you’re a 30A, how comes your surgeon is placing the implant over? I have always been told that you need breast tissue already there to be able to cover the implant. Hope you don’t mind me asking. I’m about a 30b but I honestly don’t have much breast tissue at all. Mexico in June, wow that will be amazing alone, let alone that you will look fab in a bikini! So excited for you! What make of post op bras have bought chick? xx

@lr666 I’m not sure hun it’s what I’ve been advised. I’ve got Linda but I know all surgeons are different and advise different things all the time. My surgeon advised me I can either have 250cc’s over or 225cc’s over or under, but no bigger than 250cc’s as I have little breast tissue.
Yeah can’t wait for it, looking at biknins all the time already haha.
I have the Tesco post op bra and also 2pack of cheap ones too just in case lol xx

Hi, Im going for 300/350cc and also have thought I wanted unders and have my surgery booked for the 20th may but am now panicking thinking I might be better with overs with I was recommended but have been told they will look fake and droop a lot more in time… Please can anyone who has had overs help… :/

@kksx Hey Kate. When I first started researching, I wanted a natural look so was going to have unders. I then had to consider my pole fitness so decide to have overs even though there is more chance of rippling (as i didn’t have much breast tissue to start with, 32b) and they’re more of a fake look. I also read a lot of surgeons saying that having unders is quite an old fashion placement.
I am now 22 days post op and I absolutely love my boobs. So glad I had overs as really hated the thought of my muscle being cut. Each to their own chick. Your surgeon is always good advise for you personally.
I had cohesive II implants which means they are slightly firmer to reduce the chance of rippling with them being place over the muscle x
