340cc?

Hi! Well mine was in Doncaster but that was still about an hour and 40 minute trip from where I’m living at the minute and it wasn’t too bad. They give you lots of painkillers, altho I have to say it hurt when we went over speed bumps ha, but its fine really. I’m not sure about anyone else but I can’t feel where the incisions were or anything the only thing that hurts is the fact theyre under the muscle so it feels a bit tight n stretched etc, as if you’ve really pulled them at the gym! Have u been to see your surgeon yet Jacqui? xx

what size are you now chelsea?
i have asked my pc if she can order 340 & 380s in for me… ill prob just let the surgeon decide on the day lol

you also have to think that cup sizes are so different in different shops, cos i want a DD but im basing this on the sizing in la senza and there quite small so im scared ill wake up to melons stuck on ha! its such a hard decision, my surgeons told me to go for 300cc but i just want one size, 2 cup sizes at the very most bigger. so dont no whether 260cc is best but then i dont wana be disappointed with them x

a 30 dd will be the equivelent to a 32D so you can judge by tht bra whether u want that size or not couldnt you? x

aftr yet more rice tests with 340cc i am still massively uncertain on whether to go bigger or not. first surgeon i saw (dr kazzazi ) sais 380cc would look best on me but mr adamo lft it up to me. iv bought a 32dd sports bra cause it looks quite small and a 30dd bra i have now realised i want Ds not Cs.
i hope its not too late to order bigger size implant…

i am really really unsure. i think i will stick with 340cc i am very slim and anything bigger might be a bit too much, i thought i was an A but both surgeons have said im a b. and i spoke to another surgeon last night (my friends dad) and he says that 140cc is about a cup size… and they work to M&S cup sizes (which i always think are a bit smallr than most places) ive got quite a bit of flesh on my boobs already. i would like a d. but i think double d would be too much on me… i think i will be greatful for anything though? …still unsure.
got the all clear from my GP today as i have a heart condition. so thats a massive relief. only 5 days to go.

Have they ordered you two different sizes in Lorah? Cos I couldnt decide at my consultation either so they just ordered me both and on the morning of the surgery I asked mr kazzazi what he thought was best n was getting the nurses opinion etc ha, and eventually i went with the 340s [which was the bigger of the two options for me]. I’d order a couple of sizes in n then ask what he thinks and see how you feel on the morning. I think if you’re worried about being disappointed and they’re going behind the muscle I’d get bigger tho, cos I got 340cc behind the muscle and am 3 days post-op and they look a large c/small d at the minute but thats with swelling. I was only a 32aa to start with though so you might have more than me to start with! xx

i am 4 weeks post op. i had 340cc implants which are a more narural look and had them on top of my muscles. i was an A/B cup and am now a 34 D!!!
i was really nervous but the operation went smoothly. I couldnt be happier with the results! Good luck to those of you thats about to have your ba…… im sure you will love the results! x

mya do the anatomical (tear drop) ones but i think they might be more expensive and lots of problems if they move. if you chose the right surgeon for the look you want round implants will do the job perfectly.
i really dont know whether to go bigger than 340 or not. i want them to look natural… but i think i may be dissapointed if they only end up a C.

had loads of problems with finance and stuff the last few days, its all getting really close now (7days to go) im starting to get nervous now.

Thanks Rosie, yes I did read that about the tear drop shaped ones,causes big problems if they rotate. Wasn’t sure if mya do them anyway. Yet another question for the surgeon, my list is sooooo long! Guess I’ll just have to wait and see what Mr Adamo says, they are the experts.

I was exactly like that, but once you’ve looked into it and the surgeons gone thru everything u feel loads better. He’ll tell you what he thinks will look good, and they can make them look really natural. I’m sure I must have done my surgeons head in with how much i said the phrase ‘i dont want them to look fake at all!’ haha. I had the Allergan implants but as far as I know mya dont do the anatomical ones [if they’re the tear drop shaped ones], they just use the circular ones cos if they rotate then you cant tell, but if the tear drop shaped ones move it causes problems. I could be wrong, but i’m sure thats what I was told. Think they put the implants partially under the muscle to achieve the same shape xx

I’m going to see Mr Adamo on 2nd July, and was hoping for BA in August. One minute I really want one, the next I’m not sure! There’s sooooo much to think about. I’d really love bigger than my 36 small B but want them to be as natural as possible. Was just reading about Allergan anatomical implants, anyone had these?? x

hi guys. im having my BA on 24th june (12 days yay) im really excited. im just confusecd about the sizes. im a 32a now… having 340cc dual plane (partial unders) just wondering what anyone thinks i will be? id like to be a D i think. but im unsure as im pretty slim size 6 although im not short. no idea if itll suit me. help?

PS – louisa, i’d go back and chat to the surgeon ur having and ask him what he thinks would be best cos it’ll depend on the size of your breast pocket etc, he wouldnt let me have any bigger than 340 cos he said he didn’t think they would fit and they would end up looking really stretched. I’ve seen photos of people who’ve had smaller implants than me and have had a similar starting size but look a lot bigger and vice versa, it just depends i suppose! These ones are stretching my muscles so much at the minute though that i’m pleased I didn’t get any bigger, ouch!! ha x

Well I just got back from my BA yesterday afternoon!! I went for the bigger size, which was still only 340cc but that was the biggest size that he recommended for me anyway so I can’t really regret not going bigger. I would definately agree with everyone on here and recommend to go the next size up if theres not much difference between the two sizes you’re considering. I’d say mine look about a 32d at the minute but theyre still swollen so i may only end up a 32c, which is alright really, a MASSIVE improvement on what I had haha.
Partial unders sound really good Lorah, i’m wondering why he didnt suggest them to me cos I wanted mine as natural as possible.. but i suppose you probably already have to have a certain amount of tissue to hide them and I dont think I would of had. I wish I could tell what they look like a bit more but theyre all strapped up in what i can only describe as a cross between kitchen lino and duct tape at the minute ha! But when that comes off next thursday i’ll be able to let u know what size they’ve ended up. They do look pretty big considering theyre under the muscle etc! xx

hi, im having my ba in oct…a while yet but it all booked . i am a 32 a 5’9 size 8/10 and decided on 340cc unders but im def def getting bigger size now. i have read so many comments on people bein disapointed with them after because they look smaller then desired. im def gna go bigger , the bigger the better i say . maybe go and play about with the implants again to be totally sure xx im thinkin 380 ccs mayb even 400 but i will see x
just think ur payin all that money and want them perfect

i think partial unders are almost the same as full unders, its just the bottom of the implant that is exposed to the breast tissue and creates more of a definad line underneath i think they may be a bit lower too cause theyre not supported undernith by the muscle. which is fine by me as i want them as natural as poss. im really worried that 340 might not be big enough now. i think i definately want a D. I will be secretly upset if i only end up with a c. although initially i wanted just anything. i can always wear padded bras? … i dunno. maybe ill ask if they will get 380s in for me too.

I mentioned in my previous response that I was a 32 a and had unders 10 years ago. I can only talk from personal experience…It took me to a 32c /32d at the time depending on the make of bra. Yes.. I do agree that maybe the implants are covered by the muscle and appear smaller.. but in 10 years my boobs stayed ”up”, never dropped,drooped,sagged ect. I feel under the muscle helped this (also if you go to the gym and do regular chest presses like I did this keeps the muscle firm!!. I have a few friends who had a bigger bust than me to start with before implants and had overs as they had more skin. If I speak to them now they have either had them re – done or complaining they have sagged!! I’m no expert but I could go out without a bra on every now and again and my boobs felt supported. I now have 700cc under the muscle i am wearing 32f sports bras…they do not look to me like an F but are fuller under my arms hence the bigger bra. Its more volume I have ..they have not increased outwards!!! Hope this helps emmaxx

I really really advise you to go for the bigger ones there is hardly anything innit between them! I was dissapointed when swelling went down really regret not going slightly bigger if in doubt ring whoever is looking after you today and ask there advise hun x

Hi Lorah, i’m having my op tomorrow at doncaster and sound about the same height and frame as you but i still haven’t decided if I’m having 340 or 300. The only reason i considered the 300s was because i thought the bigger ones might not look as natural but now everyones saying submuscular implants get squashed a bit more i’m wondering what to do as well! I’d be disappointed if i woke up smaller than a 32c! ha. Also was wondering what the difference is between you having yours as partial unders compared to completely under the muscle? Does it affect the way they look at all? x

im prob abaout the same as you were when you first had BA then as i weigh less but am slightly shorter 5’6. initially i wanted a 32c buttttt now i like the idea of being a D. ive done the rice test and 340 looks great but im worried caus apparently your muscle compresses the implants a bit? i dont wanna wake up dissaponted.

Hiya, I was a 32a 10 years ago and had 340cc under the muscle and this took me to a 32c or sometimes a 32d depending on bra size.
Buy one of each size!! Emmax ps I am a size 4-6 , 5”7” and weigh 8 stone.
