340cc overs.anyone got pics who's had this size BA?

I’m having 340 cc overs on 1 at April in highgate.
One of my mates who’s already had hers done is telling me it’s way to big for my frame so now I’m concerned. I’m a 32b/c now and a size 8 about 5 foot 7. Does anyone have any pics of after operation who’s had this size implant? Xx thanks girls

I had them lovely! (Well one boob had 380cc because it was smaller than the other so really it’s like both had 340, if that makes sense haha). I’m a smaller frame than you too and they look fine on me so they’ll look fine on you too 🙂 xxx

I had 325cc unders 11 days ago from a 32A and I am now wearing a 32DD sports bra.

I had 340 and a uplift, I went from a very empty c/d to a ff but I’m now a gg but I think that’s cos I’ve put a bit weight on and it’s gone to my boobs x

Hi Gemma, I’m having 375cc unders on Thursday and I’m only 5ft 4″, size 8, 32B/30C and 8 stone. My priority was for them to look natural so I think 340cc sounds fine, especially for your height. Remember, the cc also is dependant on your chest space and current breast tissue. You probably have more to work with than what your friend realises, and your experienced surgeon will be considering the pocket he needs to fill. You may not be aware of how wide they are but your surgeon will be mindful of not wanting it to ‘look like a golf ball in a sock’! My PC showed me examples of different implants on different people and some of the smaller implants looked way bigger than the higher cc ones just because of the differences in breast pockets. My surgeon said that before taking my top off he expected me to have much less breast tissue and a much narrower chest because of how slim I am, but in fact on seeing my boobs concluded that I would need to have 375cc to fill the width of my breasts, if that makes sense. Hope it does. Seeing the pics really illustrated it for me xx

P.s. Having unders is supposed to give a more natural look, if that’s what you’d prefer, and also have less chance of rippling. I would have always gone for unders but my surgeon (Mr Kazzazi) told me overs wasn’t an option for me anyway. I would have been worried that 375cc overs would look stuck on xx

My surgeon told me it is completely dependent on the person and their breast tissue. I said I want to be completely natural looking but because of the shape of my breasts currently, he advised overs. I was a bit surprised about this at first but I’ve done some research and having unders doesn’t necessarily make them more natural, or vice versa. I only want to go to a D and wanted them evened out at the bottom so maybe that’s why he advised overs for me xx
