340cc – too small?

I’ve got my surgery date booked with mr Kazzazi for the beginning of march and he has told me he will only let me have 340cc or less.
I’m a 32b at the minute and was hoping to have 410cc ideally.
I know that Kazzazi specialises in natural look, if I were to see another surgeon do you think they would allow bigger implants?

I saw kazzazi n he said I could go to 380 but I wanted to go bigger
I’m booked in with dr traynor and I’m having either 410 or 460 xx

I had Singh he wouldn’t let me go bigger than 340cc unders which is what i had Wednesday i love them feel free to add see photos will add more Wednesday too when strappings off
