345/335cc overs, round high cohesive smooth FULL projection Progress

5.7 (and a half) 100lbs. 335/345 round FULL over. 4 days Post op. Just posting so other can compare and be aware of the crazy amount of abdominal swelling there can be. Also wondering, if anyone else is experiencing severe rib pain, or nipple stretching. The office seems to think it may resolve with swelling (: Also know I’m also panicking about having gone too big. But I’m sure I’ll be very pleased when everything starts to settle in a few weeks.

Hi, they look great! My nipples have 100 % got bigger! My rib pain has only just started to settle now at 6 weeks I found it worse in the mornings xx

I’m 8 days post off. Definately got abdominal swelling too from day 4, 5 and 6 i looked pregnant lol but it started to go down in the last 2 days.
My nipples also got way bigger but looks like its down to swelling too they are slowly starting to work again so im hoping they’ll go back to how they were. I had alot of rib and back pain seemed to affect the whole surrounding muscles. Hard time during rhe first few days.
