34AA Bra Size Boob Job Help

Hi Ladies, I am currently a 34AA bra size and always have wanted to get a boob job, I would like to become a C Cup, I am currently reaserching the procedure and was wandering if anyone had before and after photos along with advice to help me make prepare for consultations. Thanks Kimberly x
