34B, 345cc or 385cc moderate profile?

Hey all, I am having my op on the 16th and still unsure of which size to go for. I am 5’8, 34B, skinny top half with extra space needed to be filled, looking to go to 34DD. My surgeon suggested moderate profile natrelle 345cc or even 385cc to give him more to work with..!? I know its not much difference but I dont want to be too big but I’ve read a lot of people having boob greed afterwards, hehe. Anyone with similar sizes please add me or some advice would be great. I had 365 naturelle overs. I could get into a 32d normal bra but my boobs were low, flat and wide and there was a bit of a gap at the top where i had no fullness there I thought they only looked a b/c though.. Now one day post op and wearing a 32d sports bra, completely filling it, will be putting my 32dd on in a bit as I think that will be better xxx

I’d say if you want to achieve a DD from a B you should go with the bigger 385 to go up three cup sizes as they say one cup size is 120-150! I’m no professional but I’m just simply going on what I’ve been told!:) bet you’re very excited! Have y got everything sorted Hun? Xx

Hiya @nads i had 345 overs and similar stats to you 5f 7 32b. I am now wearing 32 e or f bras 🙂 people seem to comment they are big for 345 which is fine by me lol feel free to add me hun i have pics up xx

I had 345 moderates from a 32a (unmeasured) I haven’t been measured fully, even at five months post op (this is due to issues) but I can wear a 32ff from my first op and fill very easily. I do look a c/d
Feel free to add me, but don’t be put off by my pics, as I have snoopy (the issues, which could have been sorted at my second op) xx

I am tempted to just go for the bigger size and then I’ll know that that was the biggest I could have 🙂 I am getting really nervous now as I have never had an operation! I think I am all prepared, even stocked up on a load of pain relief for afterwards just incase! Less than 2weeks to go…ekkk! 😀

I had 385 overs….3 weeks PO I’m in 36D bra, add if you would like a nosey xx

Nads, it also depends on the projection you have! i had 330 moderates – they are really wide on the base, almost 13cm in diameter, but they are not really full – projection is less than 3 cm! so u need to think what exactly you want. my boobs look big when i look into a mirror, but if i look down at them, they dont look big at all! ( i think that is when lots of girls including me start having boob greed 😀 )
i wear C size sport bras at the moment. i could wear D, they are ok in diameter but too empty in fullness, the bra doesnt stretch enough. I looked at the Natrell catalogue of all implants and saw that if i wanted to have same base of abt 13 cm and additional cm on the projection, i would have to go for 440cc nigh profile! go figure… it is quite difficult to know what size implants to choose… but if it is important for you to see boobs when u look down, you need higher projection ;)))
i didnt know that when i was choosing, so if i had to decide now, i would have asked my surgeon how to achieve this.

Hey @miss-vi that was such a helpful post. The surgeon never went into that much detail regarding the size difference of moderate and high diameters or profile. It’s only 10days till my op, I hope I’ve chosen right and get a good look from them :-/ x
