350cc before and after pics X

Haven’t really posted in here but realised I’m now 6 months post op and thought these before and afters might help some people out! My surgeon was Dr Mashhadi and he was absolutely amazing

Hi S.
I am booked with Mr Mashhadi although my op has been postponed at the moment. Can I ask – did you go over or under? They look great.
I had my initial consultation with Mr Mashhadi & felt really comfortable with him & felt confident in his advice. I am obviously really scared but am hoping that he is going to work his magic & make me feel confident on myself. He has suggested unders. I have opted for teardrop as I want as natural look as possible.
What hospital was your surgery?

Hey Dee, I had sub-fascial which I think is the same as partials, as I was very flat but still had a ‘good’ amount of breast tissue, and really wanted a natural look, he said this was best suited for me. I would go for what ever he recommends as he really knows best and I listened to his advice throughout. Mine are round so can’t comment on teardrops but he’s a great surgeon so he’ll make them look exactly how you want. My surgery was at the London Fitzroy clinic but I believe that has now closed? No idea why x

Yes I’ve taken his advice & got the feeling he knew what he was talking about. He measured me within an inch of my life & am going with his options. I did have a choice of over or under but he feels that the under is the option best suited to be for the most natural look. He asked what my pain threshold is like as it’s the mire invasive. I told him – I guess I will find out! 😆 it will be worth it though.
I was told that they have stopped using the Fitzroy as they are working from more up to date clinics as they felt it was starting to get a little dated & facilities such as parking etc were not as good as they’d like. Especially when clients are paying the prices they are.

Hi I had 350cc unders 5 weeks ago with mr Mashhadi. I was just wondering how long it roughly took for yours to drop and fluff? Also, at the moment I have alot of fullness in the bottom but not much in the top, was yours like this?

I would say mine dropped and fluffed quite quickly, around the 6 week mark I think . Did you have teardrops or round? Teardrops are supposed to be fuller at the bottom for a more natural look. I had round implants and mine were always quite full at the top (sometimes too full) but over time they’ve softened and look more natural. Also depending on where yours were placed your muscles may not have relaxed fully yet and holding some of the implant back
