Hi girls I’ve just booked my surgery date 2nd august 2022 and been advised between 350cc to 400cc moderate texture with subglandular (over muscle).
I want to know how girls find exercising after. I’m very much into my hitt classes/ running and the gym and want to know if I’m going to bring on sagging by being in the gym so much? If anyone has had the same or similar what’s your current experience?
How long did it take you to sag?
Did you not sag?
Do you have any issues in the gym?
