So annoying! Hopefully this will work haha ? My BWD is 10 or 11cm so very narrow like you. My surgeon recommended UHP for me mainly because of this as even HP would have possibly sat too wide on my chest. Also my boobs were quite low down and I had literally no breast tissue up top (upper pole fullness) so I needed the extra projection to balance me. I would honestly trust whatever your surgeon recommended for you as they usually know best ? Also if you go for the slightly larger 350cc instead of 300, UHP will minimise risk of rippling so ultimately I’m happy I went with them have absolutely no regrets! Hope this helped xx
I was constantly panicking before my op about size lol one minute I would worry they would be too big and the next that they would be too small ? But now I love the size as they are not massive massive and it doesn’t look really obvious that I’ve had a boob job which I definitely didn’t want haha! I’ve heard a lot of girls on here say 350cc is a great size because you can dress them up or down and choose to show them off or cover up but really depends on the look you want! They just look like a really nice natural biggish size but still in proportion to my slim frame ? What size are you hoping to achieve? I asked for a DD xx
That’s great! I asked to look like a D – because the look sometimes differs with the actual size. I just want them to look as good as possible for my figure! Did you worry about them being too narrow? Xx
Yeah I don’t think they can completely guarantee size as they turn out so differently on different people depending on their frames! And also they usually measure bigger than they are which is confusing haha I wish I’d known that when I went for my consultation but oh well ? So I think you did the right thing telling them the size you wanted to look rather than measure ? I was more worried that they would sit too high on my chest and stick out too much but at the end of the day your surgeon is not going to give you anything which will look silly on you. Were you recommended UHP or did they say you could choose between HP and UHP?xx
I had the choice between high or ultra high, but I could only have 300cc if I choose high. I saw my surgeon again and we decided to go for the 350cc ultra high! He said as my chest is narrow it will suit me so I’m trusting him. I’m so excited!! Not long to wait either, my op is on the 8th May!

Now you’ve seen your surgeon again hopefully that’s put your mind at rest that you’ve made the right decision, I’m sure they’ll turn out great ☺️Eek I know it’s so exciting ? Have to post some pictures so we can see how you’re getting on with your new additions haha! I’m doing good – will be 3 weeks post op this Saturday and have really noticed them dropping and getting a lot softer over the past few days so so happy with them! Everyone’s commented on how natural they look and how much more in proportion I am now xx
