36f sports bra..

Just put my sports bra on in a 36F and it’s sooo tight around the incisions, Is it worth sending my sister to get one size bigger? xx

I found them all tight on the incisions too. Best Ive had is Lonsdale sports crop tops with the adjustable loop at the back, and bought 2 band sizes bigger. Next best ones are Primark for me. Good luck finding something that works for you.

Yeah maybe try a 38E or F

I bought one in a back size up and with adjustable straps ( from debenhams) and the nurse told me to adjust the straps so that the band was resting below my incisions and its not aggravating them at all and seems to be staying in place xx

i am a 36 b having 520cc will a marks and spencer 38E be big enough or not do you think?Xx

I’m gonna try one of my other ones with adjustable straps first then if still uncomfortable will go for a 38.
Yeah you could try that one first hun and if too tight try a bigger back size xx

that is me going up a back size im thinking will cup size fit do u think?xx

Well with my old ones taken out I was back to a B, and the 520 he put in today full the F sports bra I have on xx
