375cc and uplift – Mr Marcellino

Hi girls,

I had my surgery on the 27th April 2016, with Mr Marcellino at Fitzroy London. I had 375cc implants and an uplift. I have been meaning to post my story and pictures for other girls as i was obsessed with reading peoples stories on here and looking for pictures. But once I had the surgery life just hit and I never got round to it. I unfortunately broke my phone and lost the majority of my before and after surgery pictures, but I will post what I have to give you an idea. They arent the best pictures, but better than nothing!

I’m really happy with my results and honestly it was the best decision for me. They feel so normal now and I’m back to exercising. I don’t have any pain at all now. My scars are looking much better than I expected. I have been using bio-oil twice a day since I got the okay (6 weeks)

In terms of the surgery itself, it all went much smoother than expected and on the day the staff were absolutely amazing. I was not in as much pain as expected throughout but I suffered with bloating and constipation and this was the worst part of it for me. I honestly looked a good few months pregnant. This lasted for around a week.

Once that went and I got over the pain of sleeping upright (which is horrible the first few days) it was just the journey to work (bloody speed bumps) that I struggled with.

When I was 5 weeks PO I noticed my dis-solvable stitches were poking out in several places. Some I could just see where there was a knot and I could take them out. One ended up getting caught on my bra and led to an infection. While I was upset and annoyed the nurses were great and my after care was really good. I was given a course of antibiotics and had several appointments where they took the stitch out that was rejecting and cleaned the wound.

They weren’t the best at answering the phone but on two occasions I just turned up worrying about it and they saw me straight away and took the swabs and dressed the wound. Now the stitches are all gone, they are completely fine. I wish I had of understood how normal it was for the stitches come out, as I was starting to panic.

I would recommend him for his work and the result I’m really happy with it.

He was quite blunt, I didn’t know an uplift would be so definte, so I was upset with it and the thought of the scars, but he told me to take some time and think about it. Most surgeons are like this but I know it can be a shock and some girls get upset. Other than that he was very nice, and at my last appointment he made me laugh as he looked very pleased with his work and the job he had done. And as I said the aftercare was good and he checked up on me and that the medication was right

I was a 34b after 2-3 stone weight loss being around 34d some years ago. My boobs were saggy, covered in deep stretch marks and had a wide gap, they were basically under my armpits lol.

I haven’t been properly measured yet as I have through choice still been wearing the sports bras, but I bought my fisrst bra which was a 34f and that is possibly on the small side

What size are you now and would you like?

I had to really push to get the 375 but I wanted big or i would have been disappointed, I was offered 320-375 xxx

I wasn’t given the choice I was just told that due to my wide gap I would be getting that and overs. But I’m more than happy with the result! What are you getting xx

I’m 32d after losing weight, I have been given the option of 180 or 220 normal or 205 in the extra round ones, I only want to go up to an e cup maximum, I’m not sure which ones to choose

I so bad need it. But I want to have more kids. I am not with no thou….so don’t know what to do. ..lol. I wonder if they really sagg bad after pregnancy again?

Hi grace, your boobs look amazing. I had an uplift with 325 high profile implants last Thursday. I was a flat/empty 32dd although very asymmetrical. I was originally going to have 275 in my bigger side and 325 in the smaller to even me out but when I woke up I’d got 325 in both sides. Initially they looked really even but now I’m paranoid that one is bigger than the other. They also look really small (unless it’s just me getting used to them). Did you wear a Macon bra? If so did you find that you looked really small whilst wearing it. I’m beginning to worry that it’s squashing them out of shape. Also, I know you e mentioned bloating which I’m also suffering with but did you gain a lot of weight? I’ve gone up by at least half a stone since Thursday. Xx
