375CC helpppppp :)

My surgery is on Friday the 4th ahhhh less than a week to go!
Im 5’8 size 8 currently about a 30B maybe a bit smaller and im getting 375CC!
has anyone got any pictures of 375CC’s? or know if it will take me to a D? because i’ve seen other peoples stats and theyve had 340CC’s and 375CC’s and they are an E!
Can anyone help?

Hi. I had 365cc overs , started out a empty b cup now I’m in a DD sports bra if that help. I have a few pics up so I can have a look xx
