I wear a 32E/F unless it’s somewhere the bands are quite stretchy then it’s a 30F/FF – forget primark, their cups come up really small. Same as next do 🙁 so in those I tend to try the larger cup sizes first but try and keep the 32 band.
I find I can only wear plunge bras as anything with a high gore digs in between my boobs – especially as they D&F more and move closer together in the cleavage x

How do they feel now, do they neutral and squishy lol x

Not really squishy. My ps told me they could take up to a year x

Your boobs look amazing. I just had my surgeon consultation in london. As in like just an hour ago, and he thinks 375cc unders. I was thinking a little bigger but seeing yours makes me inclined to agree with him. He did say 375/400 but as I’m losing weight I’ll be 2kg lighter by surgery and he thinks 375cc will probably look better so hey I’ll see how my weight change effects my boobs in the next few months but it’s great to see how good your 375s look.

What are your stats? I’m 5’9 and a size 12 – slim build but I do a lot of physical work and am quite a large frame (shoulders and hip bones) x

@lou I’m 5ft7 around 10st 10 looking to reach around 10st4 before surgery. I’m also quite broad and have strong shoulders etc. I weight train so just went through a bulking phase gaining muscle and some unwanted fat for 6 months so I started my diet a few months ago and I’m well on track to get back down to 10st ish by October November time. I suppose I’ll see what he thinks when I go back before the op having lost a bit of weight. I think he will want to go for 375cc

They’re usually pretty spot on with what they pick for you.
Wish pics can really help to, so you can show them the look you’d like to achieve on your body (and the look you DONT want too)

Then your PS can advise you what they feel would work with your body and your lifestyle too xx

Thanks @Danielle I was an A cup. I had very little breast tissue. I used to wear a 34b (which I didn’t fill)
