375cc or 400cc overs?

I’m meeting my surgeon again for the 2nd time to clear my mind I’m so unsure on the sizes I originally agreed 375cc round overs but now I’m thinking they’re gonna be too small?
I’m 5ft 6
12 stone
Size 12 in dresses
I really don’t know what to do basically I want a cleavage without a bra if that makes sense lol? I have some profiles to show him for pictures of what I like the look of but I don’t wanna get the 375cc and be dissapointed after my aim was to be a d/dd and I’ve heard of some people being a 400cc and being a F/G and I dont wanna be that big lol
Does anyone have any similar stats to me they’d be able to show me pictures on?

Hi my stats are diff to you I’m 5ft 4 7st 6lbs and size 6/8 but that’s the size I’m looking for I want big so I’ve got a cleavage with no bra also. is that ok to take some pics in when you see the surgeon? I’d like to see some picture also hence my comment haha xxx

Hi Nikki, I had 380 round overs from a 34a, I’m 5,7 size 10, about 10.5 stone, I’m almost 4 weeks post op, I worried so much I was going too big that I let the surgeon decide in the end, I’m so glad he did, because I now I wish I had bigger (as most girls do) naked I love them! But in clothes they are honestly unnoticeable, I’m still early days so I expect there to be some swelling and more settling to do, but I’ve attached a pic of them without bra and in a bikini, as you can see in a bikini they’re unnoticeable, depends what size you are pre op and how much breast tissue you already have, but an extra 20cc to 400 isn’t a huge difference but can make all the difference, hope this helps xx

I had 375cc right and 400cc left under moderate plus. Measure at 6 weeks 32DD.. and again at 3month 32E/F .. still more to ‘drop and fluff’ .. totally shocked as I didn’t expected to be more than DD. X

@jamieelise they look amazing even this early on! I’m going back in July to have another meeting with my surgeon to try my 375cc on again as when I first met him I just felt under pressure to make a decision I didn’t wanna be that “awkward client” who takes forever so I’m just going back to give me peace of mind and ask him if he thinks 400cc will be ok for me as when I told him I wanted to be a d/dd he gave me 350 and 375 to try on so who knows maybe I won’t even be able to have 400 if I can’t then least I know but I’m just so like I want them to be perfect I want to finally be able to buy non padded bras and still look like I have boobs under clothes x

Thankyou Nikki, no do it it’s a life changing decision I went back to my surgeon 3 times to be sure (he was probably fed up of seeing me) it’s your body you need to be certain, take as long as you need! I honestly thought 380 would be too big, but now if I had the chance again I would go slightly bigger, purely and simply because they’re unnoticable I’ve had them done in clothes even going from an A cup, but the sizes come up so differently on different girls it’s so hard to choose, I’m glad I trusted my surgeon as to what he thought would make me in proportion, I would say I’m a big c small d cup xx

Yeah it’s so annoying Cos on you it’ll be a different size to what it’ll look like on someone else like my cousin has gone for 400cc but she’s partial under the muscle and she’s come out a E cup but when I said to my surgeon I originally chose 400 but I thought they where too big he sort of turned his nose up and said I think this size will be fine for you but I’m gonna ask him again when I see him just to double check as he said he wants to go over the muscle with me Cos I have enough breast tissue there but I have a girls profile I want to show him to say I like this look will I achieve anything like it as I really want a cleavage without a bra so I can wear those low cut dresses/tops 🙁

I was set I didn’t want unders or partials I wanted over the muscle only, so that was the nearest size he could fit to hopefully achieve a D cup but still in proportion for my body size and shape, the only thing is they will say that breast enlargement can’t make a cleavage if you have a wide gap now, you will still have one after and vice versa, but different profiles of implants have different diameters and projection so def with going back to him and showing him the look you like xx

I had this exact dilemma and my surgeon told me the 25cc is equivalent to 1/5 of a bra size I went with 375 in the right and 400 in the left over the muscle I was a 34b before now measuring 34ddd/e I’m so happy with them.

I would 100% go with the biggest size offered. I’m 5 10 in height and size 10, I had 425hp partials and meassure about a 30G and feel they are quite small, do not look a G at all. You get major boob greed!! X

So I’m 5ft5 8.6 stone size 6-8 clothes
I had 325unders and had a re-op due to rupture and had 470 unders, I’m really small framed and but only measured a 32c/d with my 325 impnats, I would deffo recommend asking to go a bit bigger for the results your saying you want. Also depends weather you have a close cleavage naturally or not if you have one after surgery or not. These are my 470s xx

Thank you everyone I’ve got my second meeting with my surgeon in July 9th so I will update you on what my final decision for size to go for is as I feel like I didn’t spend long enough looking at them when I tried them on to fully make my mind up xx
