Hi, you’re bwd is the diameter measurement of each breast, mine was only 11,5cm and surgeon gave me the option of 295cc and 325cc max, I was a very sad deflated A cup after 3 children and also spend alot of time in the gym and that made my pectoral muscles super tight so I had to get under the muscle. I went with the 325cc and surgeon said it was a struggle to get them in. I’m almost 8 weeks post op and my boobies are still changing everyday. I got measured at 6 weeks and was a 32 D of 34 C cup but a week later they did not fit anymore? so I’m going to wait till 12 weeks before buying any new bra’s again. Waiting for them boobies to drop and fluff is such a pain and feels like it’s taking forever, but believe me you are going to love them one week and hate them the next week? once the swelling is gone they are gonne feel so small and you are going to feel gutted and the boob greed monster are going to step in! But they will change and get better again. I hated mine last week and love them again now?. It’s pretty much an emotional roller-coaster of tears, boob greed and happy smiles.
