380cc teardrop unders

Hi girls
I’m having my op tomorrow and as time is dragging I’m obsessing over the thought that they aren’t going to be big enough!! I’m a 34B (that’s being generous) and have quite a bony chest! I’m 5’5″ and weight 8 stone 9. Everyone seems to have round implants, but I’m struggling to find anyone with tear drop implants! Has anyone got similar stats to me and have had 380cc or near enough? I’m hoping to achieve a good D cup but surgeon said large C maybe a D but is of course, making no promises!

Hi missy, I havnt had my op yet it’s on Monday but in having 320 teardrops so would be interested to see how you get on. You must be very excited now!
I also couldn’t pin my surgeon down to a cup size he said it doesn’t work like that lol so I’m hoping just as you are that they will be what I want them to be.

Missy if you google teardrops there are some pics online, they tend to me on other surgeons own websites, not sure I’ll be allowed to post links on here but have a Google and hopefully some will come up for you to see. It’s so exciting isn’t it, had my pre op today and the nurse showed me the theatre and the recovery room (I’m not a mya patient) and it really hit home it’s actually happening lol

Hi ☺I had 310cc teardrop overs 2 weeks ago like you had 34b before even a A in some shops but I absolutely love mine I didn’t want round as I have not much chest tissue and didn’t want them to look fake but you won’t regret it. I stare at mine every day ?? I’ll try upload a pic xx

@beckyt what profile did you have? I forgot to ask and my surgeon never mentioned it so I’m not sure what I’m getting, I’m guessing teardrop have different profiles like round do?

Hi girls!! I’ve not been on for ages but keep getting messages about teardrops…for some reason I can’t reply back but hoping the girls that messaged me will see this!

I had 395cc high profile teardrop implants under the muscle at the start of Feb, I was a 34a before hand and had a very bony chest with no upper portion fullness this is why I was recommend the tear drop.

I absolutely love them, they look so so natural no one can tell there fake! I measure at a 34E now but sometimes I get a 34Dd as its so hard to find pretty bras about a d or DD

I’m glad I chose the teardrop for the natural look and the fact you can go bigger compared to round (if I wanted round I was only advised to have a 300cc)

Hi Amy your post has really helped me, I’m just like you quoted the same so opted for the bigger teardrop shape. It’s so reassuring your happy with your results. Can’t wait for my op now in December ? x

So I have just uploaded an after pic for you all, very very sore, chest is very tight so keeping on the pain killers, chest is rather bruised. Hopefully when the swelling goes down they will take their shape nicely xx

Wow they look great missy, I was wondering how you had got on. How was the operation, were you nervous?
Im running on nervous energy now and mines not until Monday ?

How’s the pain?

Hi gem jay,
I was totally calm all the way through actually. I expected to get nervous but I wasn’t. The whole nursing team took such good care of me, and my surgeon was amazing. I’m day 2 post op now and still in a lot of pain, breasts and whole chest area very bruised and sore. Found it nearly impossible to sleep last night. Hopefully pain will ease off soon, but under the muscle really is painful. You don’t realise how much you use your chest muscles until you’ve had this op haha. It’s bearable don’t get me wrong, I’m using ibuprofen and paractemol to get by. I’m just trying to rest as much as possible. Moving just hurts and breathing was hard work first day as muscles are very tight and sore. But don’t worry, it’s all going to be worth it!! 🙂 X X X

@missy they look amazing!!! It’s such a journey you’ll be on now I hated mine for about 2 weeks as they literally looked like cones and soooo small but the difference after a few weeks is amazing!

I’ll upload a picture. The first left is before, first right is straight after surgery, then bottom left is about a week after surgery (they look soooo small here) then bottom right is I think about 8 weeks post op!

Omg Amy what a difference!! As you can see from my upload mine are literally hard cones right now! So glad that I can see from your pics the changes are vast! Even over such a short amount of weeks!! How long did your pain take to go away? My chest feels so tight and sore! I’ll upload another pic later but I’m covered in bruises right now right up the middle of my chest and my right boob is yellow and green with bruising haha.

@missy I remember my boyfriend coming to see me after surgery and being in fits of giggles because mine were cone shaped!! So I can defiantly guarantee it’s completely normal to look like that!! I would say I had severe pain for about 3 days and then it went down to just mild discomfort for about a week then after that was just pain when doing certain things.

For the first couple days I just cried a lot and I suffered with back pain a lot as I could lay or sit in a comfortable position and my back took a beating, that with no sleep what so ever I was an emotional painful wreck but it’s so so worth it I would do it all again tomorrow if I had to!! So don’t worry you’ll soon forget about the pain…but yes I remember my skin felt so tight like I was going to burst!! Lol!!

Hi missy, hope the pain gets better for you soon, thanks for letting me know how you got on. I’m feeling alright now but let’s see how I feel Monday on route to the hospital ?
I’ve stocked up on ibuprofen and paracetamol and got some ice packs today so hopefully I will be prepared
Rest as much as you can and be sure to update us x

Hi girls, day three post op and the bruising is taking over!! My sternum is green!! I used to be very Ribby and now I’m just puffy and swollen there haha. Gem jay all I have taken is para and ibuprofen I haven’t opened the codeine and I’m hoping I won’t need too! I think the worst of the pain is over now! I can already starting to notice little changes to the shape Amy so thanks for your words of wisdom, you’re definitely right!! I go to barbados in December so I’m hoping they’re beautiful by then haha!!

Ahhh Missy I had really similar bruising all down the middle of my chest! Yours are looking great considering they’re so new 🙂 mine at 3 days looked horrendous ? The bruising cleared up really quickly as you can see, by day 10 it was almost gone. I took arnica pills regularly, I’m almost certain the bruising went away so fast because of it. Hope your recovery is going well! x

Hi girls, I had 535cc teardrops under the muscle 8days ago. I’m still so swollen not just boobs but round by ribs and down the sides (apparently bruising and swelling can naturally make its way down). I love them, but only just haha the tightness is unbearable at times….I advise anyone to stay on top of meds it doesn’t slow recovery if anything makes it better. Sleeping is a nightmare but get a vshape pillow if you can or a snake type pregnancy one. I was worried at first about shape so it was good to see Caitlin and Amy’s pics they look great! How long does the tightness last? Soph xx
