390CC too big? :S

Sorry I know I have created so many topics about this but I am so unsure on implant size! I have the option of 360 or 390 full profile implants. I’m a full 34C now and want to be no bigger looking than a DD! I am size 8, with quite a small frame (except my butt!) and 5ft 4. I know most people say they wish they went bigger or always go for the biggest offered. I’m just so scared of looking too top heavy and want to look natural and in proportion with my body! I’m having op on 8th March. So hard to decide! Part of me thinks go for the larger but then I would be more upset them being too big rather than not big enough. If they are too big I won’t be able to cover it. I just worry as I have read girls who had smaller cup sizes pre op and had similar or smaller implants and they say the measure E, and F,s and I don’t want to go that big. Sorry in advanced for all of the worry! Xxxxx

Hiya Rachel arhh we all get how fustrating it is for you you only plan doing this once and you want to get it right x Going off what i had the 345 overs from a 32B- C took me to a 32f (but i defo dont look that big) bigger than the dd i wanted but ifor me it all turned out great. I think if i was choosing for you given what you have said i would go for the 360 as you already have boobs to add into the mix if you understand lol and if your not wanting them really too big for your frame the 360 sound like a perfect match. Its such a head wreck tho isn’t it 🙁 xx

Thanks for your help sillymilly! I know it’s so hard! When I tried the implants in the sports bra at consultation the 390 looked ok. But reading on here I worry that once they are actually in they may look much bigger! I don’t really know how accurate it is going by when you try them in under a top? One of my friends said that she came out much bigger than when she tried them and another said she thought it was accurate! I suppose I could use the theory that if teu are too big, I can’t hide them, bit if I go for the 360 and wanna make them look a bit bigger then just use a better bra? But then I suppose you are paying for them so.. I have no idea what size the 360 will take me to but as I have boobs now and luckily I have a nice shape, just want them slightly bigger and the 360 will still be bigger than what I have so I’d be pleased. Will probably go for 360 but don’t want to get boob greed like I read a lot of people get and wish is gone bigger? Do you know if there is actually a massive difference between a 360 an 390? The consultation seems a bit of a blur now so can’t quite remember. Had a peek at yours btw and they look fab! Xxx

Do u want to measure a dd or look it? Implants measure bigger than they look, so natural dd’s will look bigger than fake dd’s. the girls that measure e n f’s probably don’t look any bigger than a natural dd. Its confusing I no! 30cc is a tiny difference, it’s less than a 3rd of a cup size! No need to be sorry hun, most girls av the same dilemma! 🙂 xx

I want to look a DD. I think by the sounds of the difference in size in the implants they will probably look pretty similar once in just one will be slightly larger than the other? Is that right? Or do you think there would be a huge noticeable difference between the two? Also how did you compare trying them on in your consultation to how they look now? Was it pretty accurate? Xxx

I am the same stats as you size 8, 5ft4. I was a very empty saggy 32D before my op and I had a full uplift and 390cc round mod profile implants and I now measure a 30FF/30G but I dont look too big… in fact I wish I had gone for the 460 cc extra high profile as I wish there were a little bigger! I reckon I look a DD. I still fit in all my size 8 clothes and I look in proportion. Add me if you want to see my pics!

Hi Rachel, my friend had her boobs done with me, same day, same surgeon, we shared a room! She had 365cc from 34b/c and I had 300cc from 32a/b. we are both wearing a dd bra! Go figure? She s in pain, im not. we are all different i suppose! There isn’t much difference between those sizes though if you consider 125 to 150cc is a cup size, 30cc isn’t even a quarter! So, whichever you choose you will get a good size! Feel fr you though, it’s a tough decision x

I was a saggy 36c and I had a uplift and 340cc, I look about a dd but measure e, i’d just go for it I don’t think you’d be disappointed with a little bit bigger i’d have bigger if I could lol

Thanks for your help girls! I’m thinking I will probably for the 390CC. I’ve read online that 30CC is about two tablespoons so the cup size wil probably be the same as a 360cc just slightly fuller. Thanks so much! It’s so confusing! But I guess everyone has the same issues lol xxx
