So pleased and. It had too much pain either so feel very lucky. Worse thing is sleeping as I’ve always slept on my front so beside that everything’s going good! ????
I’m 4po and feel the exact same. Ive got no pain now just tightness and sleep is the only thing pissing me right off. Dread bed time now. Been googling pillows with holes in for in the futurehaha but can only get them in America x
