I had my op on Monday. Uplift and implants.

My Surgeon was Mr Marcellino who was amazing and all of the nurses and staff at the Fitzroy were so lovely and couldn’t do enough to help especially the lady who came to fetch me for my op she made me feel so calm and relaxed.

I am still strapped up at the moment so I can’t really see them. The tablets also make me feel so tired so thinking of changing to paracetamol soon. The pain is manageable it isn’t what I expected at all. So far I am really happy with how things are going and excited to see how they heal and settle 🙂

Hi Hayley, how are you feeling 3 days out? I’m just waking up morning after having my up lift and implants. Unders. Pain isn’t as bad a I was expecting and you’re right! Those tablets make you really drowsy! They reduced mine to one. The staff are amazing here! Standing up was a weird experience feels tight and heavy? Well let’s hope for a speedy recovery! Xx

Hi Jo I’m doing ok thanks, yes it does feel heavy .. do you have strapping too? I feel like I’m hunching over when I stand up? I had overs so I think not as painful as unders. Do you have far to travel when you are discharged? Xx

I just got back home! It’s about 80 miles north of London. I just have bandages and the band no strapping. I take it you have the back pain to? It hurts more than my boobs! Happy healing Hayley xx

Yes back pain and bloating worse than boob pain! All worth it though!! Hope you heal well too xx
