3MPO bra suggestions

Hi girls!
I’m now 3MPO, I had 375cc unders with Mr Mounir, I’m now meausring at 34DD/32F (although they don’t look that big to me). I don’t feel like they’ve dropped an awful lot, I saw the surgeon today and he said they probably won’t (literally in there for 1 minute if that). Can anybody suggest any bras that will enhance a cleavage, as they’ve not really dropped, they don’t really hang or push together in basic bras. Also how long have people waited before they’ve noticed a full drop?
