3rd PC lucky!?!? Started by: laulau

    Just found out I have a new PC, which is lucky because I was going to ask for a new one anyway, I have a list of grumbles. Needless to say my old PC didn’t book me in for the appoinment I was meant to be having with Mr G tomorrow but the clinic have said they will make sure I do get to see him tomorrow. I just hope I don’t have a wasted journey a wasted day’s leave from work and I get full appointment time with Mr G and not a rushed squeezed in appointment.

    I was at Upper Wimpole Street but my appointment tomorrow will be at Fenchurch Street.

    Everyone at fenchurch street our Realy nice .it means a lot to get on with Ur pc . afterall there surprosed to help you though Ur journey .good luck tomorrow 🙂

    Ive ended up having to book my own pre-op because my op was within the next 2 weeks! (21st January) before paying my PC was great,
    I heard MYA were the best for this, i think everyone has different experiences, my cousin said hers was great so maybe luck of the draw lol!

    my pc was crap at the start, but she has been amazing recently, i do think she was over worked at the start, but since amy became a pc, she has loads more time to do the things she says. it shows they do change 🙂 xx

    I’m at upper wimpole street to. I haven’t heard from my pc since first consultation when I payed my deposit ! Is she ment to be ringing me up ? It feels like I’m never going to hear from her again lol

    Jasmine who is your PC at Wimpole Street? I was meant to be having a consult today but my old pc never booked it I was booked in for an op date I never was able to do and I still haven’t had written confirmation of my actual op date, I’m nervous that it hasn’t been booked. I understand people are busy but This seems to be a common complaint on this forum so Mya maybe need to look at another way of working. We’re all parting with a lot of money and some of that money goes to Mya for the service they are meant to be providing…apologies for ranting girls … Xx

    Unfortunately i have a similar experience. Although my pc is a really sweet girl, i find it hard to reach her… have to send email reminders to finally get some attention… I also understand that ppl get busy but it is really putting me off. i just try to be patient but i agree that if MYA doesnt want to loose customers service should be improved. also i would like to add that surgeons should be a bit more welcoming to potential patients. during my consultation i felt like i am bothering doc with my problems and he wants me to leave. I was there with my bf who independently said that doc was rude. While i was waiting for my appointment which was running 40 mins late another new patient was told to wait another hour for her first appointment after 30 mins she has already waited. She eeguswd and left without rescheduling…

    Hi miss-vi I hope you’ve arranged to see another surgeon , most of us going to MYA have sensitive issues that we our trying to fix . And we do pay slot of money to have them done . No one deserves to have a surgeon being rude. I have been to MYA clinic on one of there busy days and had to wait to see my surgeon for a hour and half after my appointment time .i can understand how busy they can get . But the reception staff were do nice to me while I waited . I think the pc’s could improve on a small number of things too I havnt once received an appointment card, havnt yet received a receipt for the money I payed two weeks ago . I do feel like I’m always chasing her for things . She does alway reply to my emails quickly , it might sound strange but I started asking her to write down the stuff she was saying so I had smthing to refer back too. Also the reception staff are able to find out lots of your information for you if you ask them, things that they can’t they ask her quickly and call me straight back . I still think MYA our better than the other clinics iv visited in customer service . And very unpushy . I hope the rest of everything gos well for u all. X
