3wpo and still in pain

Hi, looking for a bit of advice. I had 500cc overs on 11th and I’m still in pain everyday. Underneath my incisions is still quite sore and I’m in agony with my nipples! My skin feels stingy and I’m worried that this sort of pain should have subsided by now. I am pretty inconsistent with taking pain relief, has anyone got any advice? Do I need to go back and see my nurse? Thanks in advance

I’m 4 weeks po and I would say I’m still uncomfortable quite a lot but not in a great deal of pain. Some days I get stabbing pains which keep coming and going through the day and my nipples are really sore. But most of the time I would explain the sensation I feel as just tenderness. Have you got a monthly check up appointment? You could mention it to the nurse but I think it probably is normal and everything around the breasts is just fixing and healing itself x

Thanks. They do feel tender and still swollen a bit. My nipples are super sore I just naively presumed I would be pain free by now ? my next appt isn’t till 1st April but I’m going to try and keep on top of my ibruprofen and hope that gives me a little relief.
