Please tell me this is normal to be in so much pain, 2 of my friends have both had breast implants and they didnt feel as bad as me, could it be cause they had 325’s and I had 500’s? They are just so uncomfortable and feel like my body can’t take the weight atm. The Strappings coming off Monday and I’m so scared cause when I took my macom off for 5 mins they hurt even more! Can’t imagine how they are gonna feel when strappings off! I’m also meant to be going back to work on Tuesday. Please tell me it gets better very quickly lol xx

2pHi Kayleigh, when did you have your BA? Day 3 PO was by far the worst for me pain wise! I’d been fine upto then, by day 5 I was feeling so much better, I’m day 8 now and apart from horrible tummy bloating ( I’ve also come on today so don’t think that’s helping ) I’m great, no painkillers needed for a few days and I had a shower today, what do you do for a job? I will have had 10 days of when I go back to work on Monday and for me this was enough time, it’s amazing how different you can feel from one day to the next xx
Hi hun thanks for the reply. I had it on Tuesday and I’ve been in pain ever sinse! I feel like such a wuss but it genuinely hurts lol
That’s good to know you are better now! As for the bloating, omg I could get away with saying I’m 6 months pregnant! lol
I work in an office so I suppose that’s a blessing as I can ask to just stay at my desk!

0pHey hun, I’m 4 days po. Where are you having your strapping taken off? I’m having mine off Monday too. I was mega bloated too so I stopped taken the pain killers and within a few hours I was ok. X

0pAw I was like that I promise it gets better just takes a week or 2. Just rest and take your meds Hun x

2pI never had any strapping? Each surgeon does there own thing I guess? I had Mr Mahadev at the New Birkdale clinic in Liverpool xx

I’m mega bloated too but was so reliant on the pain killers so I haven’t stopped taken them, I’ve got one dose left though.
I took my macom off the other day and it felt so horrible without the support, so I’m petrified for Monday! are we 4 days post op? i thought we was 3 days post op hun…. & awe sorry your not feeling too good hun, it will all be worth it though, just keep active but with lots of rest and it will get better!!. All i’ve suffered with is bloating and thats bad enough so really feel for you, i think some girls go to the docs and get something stronger for the pain? maybe book in with docs hun, or ring your nurse and see what you can do to ease the pain up a bit. hope you start feeling better soon and wish i had some better advice for you xx
Hey babe, Yeah I never know wether to include the opp day or not! So I Spose we could say 3 days po. That would make me feel better lol Omggg the bloating is a joke I look and feel 6 months pregnant!
Thanks hun it’s okay I deffo feel better then yesterday which is a good sign, but just didnt expect to feel such an unpleasant feeling constantly.your so lucky that your not suffering! When I took my macom off for 5 mins it felt like they were gonna fall through my chest lol so bad! But in the plus side, I can tell they are rather large so atleast it isn’t all for nothing! haha xxxhey hun, arhh I think you don’t class the day of op so as that’s not a day post op if you get me? and yea they do say say 2-4 can be the worse! & i know i look like i have big swollen boobs with a big pregnant belly to match haha, really not a good look. i’ve been taking charcoal tablets but they are not helping at all! Have you started constpation tablets yet? I took one last night but nothing as of yet, think i might take another tonight to ease belly pain off… and ye deffo a good sign, just keep going it will be over as soon as you know it and we will both be 6 weeks post op and this will seem a lifetime ago and we can enjoy our new boobies 😛 and deffo at 500cc you are going to have some big boobies hehe so will deffo be worth it!! and awe you will get used to it once the strapping is off i’m sure! mine don’t feel heavy now but did at one day post op… i keep thinking cause i’m having a good recovery now it will hit me in a week or so lol… xxx
Yeah I did hear that day 3 was the worst! So hopefully it can only get better now. Really am crapping myself for the strapping!
I haven’t taken anything for it cause tbh I’m too scared to go for a proper toilet lol so the pain is over taking the bloat atm, ill prob take something when the pain gets better and the bloats still there!
Yeah in 6 weeks we can tell eachother our sizes and share good big boobed underwear places! haha
And it’s deffo not gonna hit you, your just one of the lucky ones lol cause if anything it’s the body not being use to the weight that is hurting me and yours has coped fine already! Very happy for you tho! xxx -
