    Hi everyone!
    Need some reassurance that the pain will eventually become bearable as I’ve had under the muscle and been in absolute agony. Also, how long did it take for your boobs to feel a part of you and not stuck on if that makes sense? As they are so tight atm and scared I’m going to regret my decision to do this 🙁

    Also my nipples have pretty much doubled in size ! (I had mastopexy +ba) has this happened to anyone else, will they go back to normal? 🙁

    Ria it will absolutely settle down, I was surprised how sore I was post op but after the 1st week it definitely improved. I had unders too but don’t know about the mastoplexy side of things…. i can only assume that would make you sorer as its a more complex procedure. Just keep moving about, circle your shoulders, a hot water bottle at my back also helped that pain.
